I really enjoy Starbucks muffins. They look overly sweet and commercialized, but actually taste really good. They are a generous size and not overly sweet or oily. They are also good for a late-night snack when everything else is closed. I have tried both the blueberry and banana walnut muffins. The blueberry is a little sweet but still manageable. I love the banana walnut one that frequently sells out. The young lady serving me late Saturday evening was so friendly and chirpy. It was almost 10 PM, but she remained unfazed by the small crowd that gathered. She was very smiley and courteous :) šš»
I ordered a tiramisu the other day, and while it wasn't too bad, it wasn't good either. For the price paid, I expected something better, but got this instead. The texture of the cake was on the drier side, and the cream wasn't the best either. 2 out of 5...

I had breakfast 3-4x a week at this Starbucks for nearly four years, ever since it opened. There were many friendly baristas who made Starbucks feel like the third place. From the store manager who has relocated to HQ, to ex- and current baristas, Terence, Ais, Lisa, and Daniel, they all made my mornings with delicious drinks, food, and warm smiles. I will miss you all ā¤ļø
I bought a coffee in Canberra Plaza. The girl who served made my day. I think her name is Adzil (girl, Feb 2nd, 9:50 AM), if I'm not wrong. What a pleasant experience! Amazing service. I have bought the same coffee again. Love it! Thanks, girl!

"The staff here are EXTREMELY RUDE. They also always chitchat among themselves, gossip, and say curse words LOUDLY in front of customers, blatantly ignoring their presence. I also had one experience where the staff even talked to me very rudely, so I definitely do not recommend coming here. The customers here are also especially noisy and loud."
Favourite coffee hangout with free Wi-Fi, offering arabica coffee (espresso, Americano, latte, macchiato, and cappuccino), along with sandwiches, pastries, cakes, bakery items, beverages, and Western delights.
Spacious, air-conditioned lounge with a relaxing atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner, and supper, offering views of Canberra's greenery, away from busy cityscapes.
Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, complemented by tender, loving, and skillful baking, and warm service.
Conveniently located at the neighbourhood heartland of Canberra Plaza, it's within walking distance via a covered pathway to Canberra MRT. The area also offers plenty of dining, shopping, supermarkets, groceries, sundries, electrical, electronic, and telecommunication services, and other amenities nearby.
It is also one MRT station away from Northpoint City, which is within walking distance via a covered pathway to Yishun MRT, Yishun Bus Interchange, Yishun Town Gardens, and Yishun Town Square. This area also boasts plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, a library, cinemas, entertainment, groceries, sundries, postage services, a community centre, and other amenities nearby.
A friendly, cosy, comfy, and welcoming ambience suitable for romantic intimates, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.
Nice cafe for a Sunday visit.
Not too many people during the weekend.
The staff were very nice and kind.
Nowadays, you can also order via the Starbucks App.
Very convenient and quick.
I love it.
The cashier was really helpful! She helped me check the values of my cards, as I wasn't sure. But the drinks I got were filled mostly with ice, and I finished my drink in just five sips????
This Canberra branch is one of the friendliest Iād been to. The two lady staff members are really helpful and friendly, always with a smile, and they did cheer up my morning. I was there for breakfast on November 9, 2023. Keep it up!
Poor and rude staff. Ever heard of a Starbucks where you can reserve seats? Apparently, you can here. I was standing beside a couple leaving, and just as I was taking a seat, I was told by the staff to make way for another group who had apparently "reserved" seats.
Sure, she found other seats for me, so I proceeded to order at the counter. My partner then told her that those seats she found for us should be technically reserved for us, given her "concept" of hospitality.
After ordering, another group of customers took "our newly-found seats." So we approached the same staff, asking, "Didn't we reserve those seats?" She just blamed us for not sitting down.
This lack of consistency from the staff is utterly ridiculous. I've never heard of a Starbucks where seats can be reserved. Hope you can retrain your staff to be more competent.
