The service was horrible. The staff was impatient and rude. "Can't she chill?" π Overall, it was a bad experience. The staff needs to work on their attitude and how they serve customers. 365 Juices, take relevant actions to professionally train your staff.
Ordered a mango smoothie on February 25, 2025. The staff took three tiny cubes of mango from the fridge, and then took something from another refrigerator under the table and dumped it all into the blender. She hid tactically with her back so that we couldnβt see exactly what she added along with those three tiny pieces of mango. When asked what she added with the mango cubes, she insisted that it was just ice water. Calling your store a juice bar and mixing dubious stuff to make your βfruit juicesβ is a big red flag to me. This will be my first and last visit. Please save yourself some trouble and stay away from this store.
Ordered a celery juice, without ice, for $6. It tasted extremely salty. The staff had either rinsed the juice blender with salt water, or washed and stored the celery using salt water. I won't be ordering juices from here again.
"This is the worst clinic I've been to. When I was sick, the doctor claimed it was just a normal cough and flu. I saw the doctor at 9+ am, and they only gave me one day of medical leave, saying I just felt feverish with a viral cough and flu. They only prescribed cough and flu medicine and told me to rest at home. By 4 pm, I had a fever of 37.9, and at 6 pm, my temperature went up to 39.6. I had to go back to the clinic. I called their phone four times, but no one answered after 6:20 pm. They said it was a MUST to take an ART test.
I didn't go back to the same clinic because I think they treat patients differently, especially when it's your company doctor, who is paid $5 for $5 treatment. I went to another clinic, and the doctor prescribed stronger medicine and antibiotics. Choose your doctor wisely, especially when you're really sick. Not everyone is just there for the medical leave!"
I went to see a doctor for a sore throat and needed pain medicine. I walked in around 8 PM and asked if they were open. They said yes. My mask was spoiled, but the receptionist and nurses on the night shift were so nice, helpful, and polite. They provided me with a mask when I asked if they could give me one before I came in. They went the extra mile and gave me a free mask before I entered the clinic! I am so happy and grateful for such a kind gesture. They didn't stop me from seeing the doctor. I am really very thankful to the night shift nurses working on August 2, 2023, at 8 PM. I didn't manage to get both ladies' names, but thank you so much for letting me in and going the extra mile by providing me with a free mask before I entered the clinic to see the doctor. Next time, I will bring an extra mask when seeing the doctor. Dr. Ivan is a very professional doctor, neat, clean, and very patient. He listened well to the patient, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you, Viva nurses, receptionist, and doctor! I had a very good first-time walk-in experience with this clinic and will visit again if needed.
Today's visit to the doctor was incredibly expensive. I've been there many times, but I was really disappointed today. Upon receiving the bill for two medications and the consultation fees, I realized one of the medicines was unnecessary and requested its removal. However, I was surprised to learn from the nurse that even after removing the medicine, the total bill remained the same due to the inclusion of GST and a minimum charge. I find this situation utterly ridiculous, especially since I received medication I didn't require. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I won't be returning to this facility.
I almost always have a bad experience whenever I come to this clinic, but sometimes I have no choice because other clinics are closed. During my recent visit, the male doctor sounded very arrogant. I was describing my symptoms when he cut me off and sounded condescending. For context: I told him my esophagus hurt, but he interrupted me with an irritated voice and said, "Don't say esophagus, because you don't know which part is painful. Just say chest pain, etc." The funny thing is, in the end, he said it was likely due to gastric issues, so I was right. It couldn't be my trachea that hurt, and I know my body better. Worst doctor I've ever met. π
This is my second visit, and both the front desk and the doctor were friendly on both visits. Doctor Wong listened well to my concerns, unlike other doctors I've seen elsewhere. This wasn't just because of rush hour; I went during both rush hour and non-rush hour times, and they were still very approachable and friendly. ππ»
I was just looking around for a clinic near my place and stumbled upon Viva. Everyone, from the clinical assistants to the doctors, was very nice to me. I didn't get their names, but the clinical assistant with the hijab and red hair was super warm and friendly! Dr. Ivan Tan is super nice and took his time to go over my concerns without passing judgment or rushing me. A lot of doctors outside don't do this, and they don't think your concerns are valid, but the doctors here really go over your symptoms and take you seriously! The female doctor here is also good. Well done, Viva!
The nurse was rude when I requested a stool because the air conditioning in the clinic was too cold for my sick child. She rudely brought a stool, saying it was hers and that it was okay for her to stand while working. I saw four stools stacked up next to her, yet she said they didn't have any extra. Clearly, she has no empathy for unwell patients. ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
