$16 for 4 passport photos. Exorbitant price, plus complimentary super rude service.

The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it, it was on the small camera screen. I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called them to check if I could retake the photo, the staff told me they could not retake it unless the photo is rejected by the government and they need a letter to prove it. Very poor experience. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible; the lighting setup is a joke. It was a total waste of $16. Seriously, just don't.

Printed one black-and-white page from a PDF file and photocopied one double-sided sheet. Charged me $2.

A very unpleasant experience at Northpoint. Reasons: The photo frame I bought for over 18 dollars was dirty, and its metal hook was rusty. The lady in charge was not friendly and told me to clean it myself, etc. When I reached home, I did all the cleaning and discovered the hook was rusty. I made a trip to Canberra to check on the hook's condition and explained the whole situation to Ms. Belle at NP. Finally, Ms. Belle exchanged the photo frame without any issue. Many thanks to her for her help.

Too bad I only remember to read reviews after patronizing. True enough, their passport photo-taking and editing 'skills' are almost non-existent. And they charge $21 for this! The editing was unnatural, and the staff claimed they didn't have the original photo, even though the photo had just been taken the day before. What more can I say? Again, avoid at all costs, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo or have spare cash to retake it somewhere else. Don't bother.

Very bad experience. I had 24 R4 matte photos printed, and they all turned out overexposed. The staff simply said they print what was sent. If only a few of the photos were overexposed, I would accept it. But when all 24 photos turned out overexposed, something must be wrong. Expensive, lousy photo quality, and bad service. ☹️

If only I could give it zero stars, I would. Staff didn’t even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo to be printed (we printed an 8R family shot). Unlike other shops, the pictures were so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!

A rip-off! $2.50 to print 3 A4 papers. The rude, impatient service staff printed the papers and charged me before I could even finish giving her instructions. I didn't make a fuss and just told her to print again. When I reminded her (nicely) of my instructions, she replied with much annoyance, saying she knew. Overall, it was a bad experience, both in terms of service and price.

Unhelpful service staff refused to advise or provide any service whatsoever. Had to cut the brochure myself and realised the margins were not aligned. The staff refused to do anything. A waste of money.
