No, I'm never coming back. It's too sweet and doesn't even taste good.

Overpriced! So little! ...Better to eat at Nine Fresh.

Tasty soy milk (you can request your preferred sweetness level) and Aiyu jelly. Friendly staff. They offer quite a wide variety of different desserts available for customers. It's a small outlet (no seats available) located inside Canberra Plaza, Level 1.

It's basically an alternative to Nine Fresh/Jiu Xian, but it's a little more expensive (approx $1.20 more). It's not a bad option if you're in the area. I had D3/Golden Beauty and corn with spicy minced chicken. Golden Beauty is a mix of beancurd and grass jelly with (lychee?) pearls that burst, osmanthus jelly, and the chewy donut-shaped things. It's very similar in taste to Jiu Xian, but the toppings are better, especially the osmanthus jelly, which definitely costs more even if it's factory-made. The corn was bigger than your usual pasar malam kind and was juicy and sweet on its own. The spicy chicken was average; it didn't add much to the corn except making it savoury. I was thinking how it could be eaten as a salad alternative due to its size. Though I'll get it with condensed milk or butter next time. Overall, I will go back if I'm passing through the area. But the price is a little steep.

This was my first time buying their desserts, and I found them really disappointing! They were pricey and not up to standard. The Aiyu dessert was not served cold. I even had to add ice to make it cold, and it wasn't tasty at all. I was also quite shocked when I saw the young lady preparing the dessert. She was doing it slowly, and worse, she was doing it wrongly and had to redo it. I stood there waiting and thinking she wasn't aware of what she was doing. Unfortunately, I don't think I will patronise this dessert shop again!

I'm not sure why this has so many bad reviews. I'm leaving a review here to say that I love their corn so much! I don't know what they put inside of it; it's so good! I'm looking forward to trying their mint jelly, but their golden beauty is pretty good. I love the lychee pop.

It’s a takeaway joint selling dessert. These donut balls made of yam and sweet potatoes have a nice soft and chewy texture. A tad pricey but worth a try.

This is a dessert shop from the Mr Bean group, so both are side by side. It's another option besides Nine Fresh. Personally, I found it's sweet and tastes okay, but the price is higher than Nine Fresh. There's a dining area next to the kiosk, but a trash bin for disposal after eating is right there 🧐. The air conditioning was chilling, at 19 degrees. You can add on $2 for a corn 🌽 cup, or go for a bundle deal for 2 or 4 for better savings.

Customers should definitely ask, "Do you know how to make this drink or dessert?" before ordering. As a regular patron for over three years, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Do Qoo shop in Canberra Plaza on October 2, 2024. I ordered and paid for two Black Sesame Pudding Lattes. However, the lady who was preparing my drinks seemed completely untrained. After a few moments of confusion, she informed us that she didn’t know how to make the drinks and asked if we could wait for her colleague to return from her break, which she mentioned would take another half an hour. Given our time constraints, we requested a refund, but she stated that she didn’t know how to operate the cash register and could not process it. She repeatedly insisted that she was new and was not familiar with the drinks or the cashier system. After further discussion, she suddenly claimed to have figured out how to make the drinks. However, when she prepared them, the proportions were inconsistent: one drink had double the black sesame while the other had far too little sugar. The result was unpalatable, and we couldn’t drink either of them. Given this experience, we will not be returning. I suggest they ensure at least one trained staff member is available at all times to avoid these situations.

I would like to give my feedback at Canberra Plaza. I think they only work as part-timers, as most of the time I see them on Saturdays or Sundays. These two service crew members' fringes are very long, and they did not do anything with their long fringes, just letting them down and covering up their faces. It is very unhygienic. I hope DO QOO can take some action regarding these matters. Thanks
