First time trying it. The food was cold and bland. The service staff even put both items into one bag instead of two…

Went in the morning to buy food for my family but noticed the shutter was half open, with a staff member inside. I went to ask if the store was open and she just stared at me. I asked again, and she said in Chinese that the store was open. I waited to see if she would ask me to help open the shutter or open it herself, but she just continued doing her own things. I then noticed there weren't any youtiao yet, so I wanted to ask if she could make some so I could purchase them. I tried to get her attention, but she seemed to glance at me and then proceeded to ignore me. Terrible place. I didn’t manage to get her name, but she was a Chinese staff member who seemed really unhappy and unwilling to provide basic service or replies.

I bought the samosa, carrot cake, and you tiao, and they were cold and super oily! Besides that, the Indian lady staff was very aloof. She tossed the food inside the paper bag and showed zero basic customer service. There wasn't a smile or a thank you upon payment. Horrible! I still prefer the other staff, who is transgender.

There was one Grab rider waiting for his order to be ready, and I was also queuing. The Indian lady kept talking to her colleague, which I was fine with until she walked to the cashier. I started to tell her my order, which was "Can I have one youtiao?" She replied with, "WAIT." I just nodded. She walked away and taped a delivery box. A few seconds later, she started waving her hand at me and continually saying, "Sister, sister, waaaaiiit," with such a sarcastic tone. I don't know what that was for! I didn't even say a word when she told me to wait in the first place. Then she continued talking to her colleague, who was busy frying some dough. In my mind, I thought, "Why do you gotta be so rude, sister?" I just wanted my youtiao. I had to walk away without getting any because she just made me feel like sh**. It's not even a huge order or a long queue, which I would have understood. But no, she was just so freaking rude. Wth.

"Usually the food quality and experience is okay. But today was just unpleasant. I went to buy Rojak You Tiao, and the lady said it was the last one. I said okay. So she packed it for me, gave me my food, and then I gave her $4. She said she didn't have $1 change. She insisted that I have the change or go to 7-Eleven for change. I was like, "Whut?" I asked if I gave her $10, could she give me back $7? I saw she had a $5 and a $2 in the register. She said no. I asked to pay by NETS, but she said everything was already closed. What bullcrap is this? Luckily, the senior staff lady told her to just return the $1, which she actually had in the cash register. Waste of time. To make matters worse, the Rojak was cold, hard, and unpleasant to eat. Sad. A super sad supper for me."

Bought the you tiao this morning. It was so tough. I needed to dip it in coffee, otherwise it was difficult to chew. I'm still disappointed, as it's the same even after I provided feedback.

Dug through the youtiao to sell the worst-looking, dry, and shriveled ones. Nasty.

The service was terrible, and the fried dough rojak was like a cold, hard rock. I believe it had been refried, and the sauce was pre-packaged for DIY mixing instead of being made in-store. They skimp on food quality while continuing to increase prices.
