I have mixed reviews for this place, mainly because they don't value time. I always book an appointment beforehand with them, but every time I go, I have to wait for 20-25 minutes. The whole point of booking in advance is ruined if one has to wait like a walk-in. The service, I would say, is good, so you can definitely try it, but keep extra time in hand.

I had a gel soak-off and wanted a new overlay (transparent). They couldn't even remove the previous color completely, and the new overlay was EXTREMELY badly done. It was so bad that: 1) There was a thick layer with a gap at the cuticle from nail growth. 2) They did not paint all the way to the cuticle, I don't know why. 3) There was very visible nail growth from the previous manicure. 4) I had to tell the staff myself that it wasn't even dry. How are the professionals not able to tell if it's dry themselves? 5) Overall, I would not recommend them at all unless you are only coming in for regular nail polish or no nail polish.

First time I went, they treated me so well. The second time was a disappointment. The first time, they convinced me to buy a package. The second time, I called them and made an appointment. I couldn't make it and called to inform them. The same day, I made another appointment. The lady called me to check if I was coming. I said I was already in the cab. When I reached there, the lady asked me to come back at 6:00 PM because they were already serving walk-in customers, although I told them I was on my... Professional? I demanded to speak to the boss. The lady, after speaking to him, told me he would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting, I demanded to speak to the boss again. The boss said he would not be able to come. He was also rude and refused to refund my package amount.

Really impressed with their service. It's the first time I've had a manicurist proactively trim unwanted hairs on my feet. I took up a package when they just opened, and I'm left with 1-2 sessions of treatment, but they are not pushy about signing me up for more packages.

I have been here several times over the past year or more. My nails always look great, and my time is valued. By asking me to come back at a later time, they prevent wasted time. Usually, though, I can walk right in, and they work quickly. Everyone is always very sweet.
