Good service by Manager Mr. Nizar. The store was clean, and all the staff were kind while I was having my dinner. I will come back often.

It will be much better when the entrance is reopened. Due to this dreaded COVID-19, the entrance was shut. Otherwise, it's located in a cosy corner of the place. It's peaceful to dine during non-peak hours. There are enough seats to house about 20+ diners if full capacity is allowed.

I really liked the cereal chicken; the cereal itself was particularly good. In fact, their coleslaw and mashed potato are a must-buy for every visit. It has evolved tremendously, from serving with cutlery (e.g., plates, forks, spoons, and bottled ketchup/chilli) to now using automatic kiosks. Let's hope this brand continues to thrive, as we see more and more foreign competitors approaching aggressively (Texas Chicken, Popeyes, Jollibee, 4Fingers, and Korean Fried Chicken).

Here's the edited review: The team and the manager are very good. Customer service is very good throughout all KFC outlets I have gone to. Fresh chicken. Short waiting time. Clean place and great atmosphere. Very good.

Update today: Breakfast availability is random. Previous: One of the cleanest and better KFC outlets in the Sembawang/Yishun area. It’s located in Canberra Plaza, which is opposite the Canberra MRT station. We love the crunchiness, taste, and size of their freshly fried chicken and Zinger burger set.

Very helpful people and good customer service. Telaga was one of the people who served me. She was very nice, polite, and very friendly. Good to have people like Telaga.

The restaurant gets crowded during lunch. Speed is relatively fast, and the food is always good quality. I like the Cheesy Tender Twister the most.
