Here's the edited review: A staff member named Helen was rude and had an attitude. Older staff members seemed to want to take charge of customer requests. Seeing so many bad reviews here, I can understand why. The best part is that feedback to KFC HQ received no response. Such power... they don't deserve even 1 star.

This is a very bad KFC outlet. Out of 10 orders, 8 have had issues. They are either very late or not delivered, and the food always comes cold! They always promise it will never happen again, but it always ends up with the same outcome. The management is very bad.

Fairly small outlet, although there were plenty of seats available when I was dining there. The burger bun was a tad hard, and the patty also didn't seem fresh. The chicken was okay; a standard KFC affair.

Place is small, preparation is slow. But the fries are much better than M Canberra. A promotion set offers one free chicken for only $7.90.

I just ordered a Zinger meal set with 1 piece of chicken that cost $4.65 and received a very small drumstick. I think it is not worth it for this price.
