I tried KFC in Canberra twice and was disappointed to find it's not up to standard KFC quality and taste. The chicken is undercooked and doesn't taste good. I seldom rate very low. I'm rating it low because it doesn't deserve it.

Fast service after placing my order. Love their Lychee Mochi egg tarts. So yummy 😋. I can really taste the Lychee flavour, and the Mochi is soft and chewy – just the right consistency and texture. They should make it into a permanent menu item.

I love the food here. I frequently come here to buy KFC for takeout. The chicken is very fresh, and it's always served hot, especially the mashed potato! So good. Love it. Will always come back here. Please continue to be this good. I love it so much. 😍😍 Honest review from my sincere heart.

Ordered a set through the KFC app at 3:50 PM and scheduled to collect at 5:15 PM. Went to the counter at 5:15 PM, showed him my collection number. He said, "5 minutes, come back." 5:50 PM and I'm still waiting?! I asked another staff member. She looked through the system numerous times, then packed my food for me within 5 minutes. Seriously! There was barely anyone at 5 PM when I went down to KFC. What have you all been doing? Petition to close down Canberra KFC! I need other food options here. February 28, 2025 Update: Dream come true. It really closed down 🤣
