Unable to order the porridge because the only worker who knew how to cook it went out to throw the rubbish, and the part-timer wasn't sure if she'd be back to work or was taking a break after throwing the rubbish. This was after I queued in a long line.

I just bought a rice ball today around 7:07 from the skinny lady, who sounded like she was either Indonesian or Chinese. The moment I arrived, she was cleaning the pancake section. When I said hi to her, she gave off an attitude or a vibe like she didn't want me there. She just said "*Order*," so I told her I wanted a rice ball with all peanut filling. She remained silent and made the order. After she rudely cashed me out, I asked her, "*All peanut, right?*" She then rudely said, "You want mixed? Otherwise, I will change it." I said okay, please change it. After she changed the order angrily, she threw my spoon inside the plastic bag without a "sorry" or "thank you." Very bad service.

I ordered two cups of hot soy milk this evening. One of them is less than three-quarters full. There was no spillage in the bag.

Nonsense service with staff who don't know what they're doing. "We keyed it in already, cannot cancel" ..... Seriously? With today's computer systems?
"PayNow went through on your side, but our system didn't receive it. You need to pay again."

At 8 am, the shop was still closed. After waiting until 8:10 am, and since this has happened a few times, I asked a staff member when they would open. She replied that they were unable to open and continued making pancakes. I hope this improves, as I love Mr. Bean Rice balls!

Bought Mr. Bean at Canberra Plaza. The staff was very friendly; if I'm not mistaken, her name is Grace Choo. Her service was very good. Now I go to Canberra Plaza more often to order soy milk. I really appreciate her service. Thank you ❤️

Horrible customer service; the ice cream machine is always down or broken.
Suggestions:
1. Hire staff who can speak English. Your staff can't communicate when I ask them questions.
2. Have a two-sided sign for your ice cream machine:
* Side A: To indicate it's making ice cream.
This prevents customer frustration from having to get in line and wait only to be told it's not ready or needs more time.
* Side B: To indicate you're out of ice cream.
3. Do something about your equipment; the ice cream machine at Canberra is always down. I'm not sure if it's actually down or if the staff don't know how to operate it.

I asked for 100 [units], but there were no teas at all.
