Shut down this shop. Over $6 for a small, pathetic, kid-sized bowl of porridge. Even the market offers more meat and porridge for $3. Garbage, nonsensical people are running this shop. Disgusting. Boycott!

Gave me red bean instead of chocolate pancake. Chocolate pancake costs more than red bean. I ordered 2 chocolate. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.

I was standing at the counter for my order to be taken, but the Chinese lady just kept doing her pancakes and ignored me. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, watching her make pancakes, I left. I will never buy from this outlet again.

I guess we met the same staff as everyone else who gave a 1-star review. The opening hours were supposed to be 8 AM, but nothing but soybean was ready at 9:15 AM. I genuinely wanted to know what their operating hours were so I could time my next visit, but was met with a rude reply: "Not ready. When done means open!" Oh, well.

One staff member is grumpy, and the other is inattentive (once gave me a Cheese pancake instead of a Peanut one). But the worst thing is that Mr Bean serves overnight beancurd — with bubbles on top, a rough texture, and a bad smell.

Bad customer service! One particular staff member was very impolite when serving me. She sounded angry, as if she were having a bad day, and I felt like it was my fault.

This 1-star review isn't about the staff. It's about the ice cream machine that never gets fixed, and it has been broken for a few months.

Friendly staff. Usually, Mr. Bean staff is very unfriendly, but surprisingly, the staff here is very friendly.

The female staff who worked there was very unfriendly. The tone she spoke in was how Karens speak to managers.

The staff were very rude. They had an attitude problem. This outlet should consider conducting proper training for their staff to improve service.
