I normally wouldn't give a bad review, and I understand humans have their bad days. However, every time I am here, I get rude, impatient service from this Chinese lady, even though I asked her politely about the menu. She speaks impatiently, as if I should know the menu inside out. I mean, come on, I didn't create the menu. On a positive note, I love the Viet coffee, and I am thankful the company offers this, which is a rare find for us plant-based people.

I just bought a rice ball today at about 7:07 PM from a thin woman who sounded Indonesian or Chinese. When I arrived, she was cleaning the pancake section. When I said hi to her, she was already giving an attitude or a vibe as if she didn't like that I was there. She just said, 'Order,' so I told her I wanted a rice ball, all peanut. She just remained silent and made the order. After she cashed me out rudely, I asked her, 'All peanut, right?' She then rudely said, 'You want mixed? Otherwise I will change it.' Then I said, 'Okay, you change it then.' After she changed it angrily, she threw my spoon inside the plastic bag, with no 'sorry' or 'thank you.' Very bad service.

I ordered 2 cups of hot soy milk this evening. One of them is less than 3/4 full. There is no spillage in the bag.

Nonsense service with staff who don't know what they are doing. "We key in already, cannot cancel"... Seriously? With today's computer system? "PayNow went through on your side, but our system didn't receive. You need to pay again."

I don't know why people give such a low rating. Service was alright. I bought soya bean ice cream. It was very nice. I ate it before I could take a picture. For $2.10, I think it's worth it.

Unable to order the porridge because the only worker who knows how to cook it went out to throw rubbish, and the part-timer was not sure if she would come back to work or was just taking a break after she threw the rubbish. And this was after I had queued for a long queue.

At 8 am, the shop was still closed. After waiting until 8:10 am, as has happened a few times, I asked a staff member when they would open. She replied that they were unable to open it and continued making pancakes. Hope this will improve, as I love Mr Bean Rice Ball!

I bought from Mr Bean at Canberra Plaza. The staff was very friendly. If I'm not wrong, her name is Grace Choo. She's very kind, and her service was very good. Now I go to Canberra Plaza more often to order soya milk. I really appreciate her service. Thank you! ❤️

Horrible customer service. They are always out of ice cream, or the machine is down/broken. **Suggestions:** 1. Hire people who can speak English. Your staff can't even communicate when I ask them questions. 2. Have a two-sided sign for your ice cream machine. * Side A: To show it's making ice cream. * This prevents customer frustration from getting in line and waiting for 5 people, only to be told it's not ready or needs more time. * Side B: To show you are out of ice cream. 3. Do something about your equipment. The ice cream machine at Canberra is always down. I'm not sure if it's really down or if staff don't know how to operate it.
