The staff was understaffed and rude. The female staff was constantly serving customers who wanted to purchase the buns (Bao). She took two orders in front of me (Ban Mian) and my order, but continued to shout, "Who else needs Bao?" Then, halfway through cooking the noodles, she went to serve the customers who were buying the Bao. My noodles ended up extremely soggy and gross. There was barely any meat in my noodles. What expensive, awful noodles! Note: This was a takeaway order, and I was only a less than 10-minute drive from home. I will not buy from this outlet again. Plaza Singapura outlet is still the best.

Had their Mee Hoon Kueh 面粉粿 today. Quite disappointed with the portion and the doneness of the noodles. It was pretty uncooked inside and definitely not 'al dente', if that was the aim. Nonetheless, I’m still happy we’ve got a go-to place for buns, dim sum and Hong Kong delicacies here in Canberra Plaza. Quality of food has plenty of room to improve.

Not the usual items found elsewhere. This is the only Nam Kee Pau I'm aware **of** that has ccf, shui kueh**,** etc. However, they were all a disappointment. While I can understand the need for innovation and having extra items on their usual menu, they forgot to focus on the quality. I would not recommend trying their other **non-dim** sum items.

Here's an edited version: "During a non-peak hour, I was literally the only customer, yet I was given the wrong order. I had asked for mee hoon kueh, but I don't like ban mian. It was too far (and hot) for me to walk back to exchange it. The noodles were also soggy, even though they were served separately. The standard has dropped."

The aunty was very rude, and the male cook was holding the dough without washing his hands after using his phone. This was pretty disgusting.

I requested if it was possible to put more cai por on my chee kueh, and the auntie said it was very salty and proceeded to put an even lesser portion than I usually get. She asked if I wanted chili, and I asked her if she could put it separately. She said she could not, so I declined. Her head turned away, and she said '讨厌' (annoying), thinking I wouldn't hear it. Next, when she wanted to pack the ban mian and chee kueh together, she asked me again if I wanted chili. She didn't mention it was the ban mian chili, so I got confused and asked her, "Didn't you say you couldn't pack the chili separately?" Her face frowned, and she replied with an annoyed attitude. Seriously, this is not the first time I've encountered bad service from this shop at Canberra Plaza. Hope the management does something about it.

Very poor attitude. Ordered via GrabFood and picked it up there. They should either give me noodles without adding the extra portion that comes with an additional cost. The server was not happy when I double-confirmed the order. The earlier customer also double-confirmed her order, and the server was unhappy with her too. You can pull out the CCTV and see how she reacted when the other lady and I double-confirmed our orders due to poor past experiences. I didn't even feel like ordering more due to the server's attitude problem. Will not patronize again, really.

Only one-third of the bowl of chili pan mee, and no egg yolk was given! Quality of food in this store is abysmal.

I usually don't leave reviews! But I am appalled that they cheated my husband of 2.30 by selling him the wrong product. My husband is a vegetarian, and he specifically asked for red bean pau. He asked 2-3 times, but the aunty working on 10/5/24 at 7pm said it was red bean pau and sold him this. He came back home to realize it's not red bean pau. I don't understand why they have to do this. It's very far for us to go back and ask them about it. Please. No wonder you guys have low reviews.
