Totally rubbish telecom. Weak connection. It's the only telecom that creates problems when porting to another telecom. MOST TROUBLESOME TELECOM.

Awful and slow service by the staff. If unable to handle the load, why offer Shopee parcel collection in the first place? They let others cut the queue just because it benefits their sales.

Paid to port into SIMBA, but the port-in request was rejected (Perhaps staff typed my name incorrectly? No real explanation given). Had to pay AGAIN just to resubmit a new port-in request, and the worst part is they don’t refund for THEIR MISTAKE, despite rejecting my port-in request. Imagine paying for a service, not getting it, and not even getting a refund or any attempt to fix the mistake. Is this a scam?

Called so many times for 3 days, but no one ever answered. If your staff isn't willing to help via phone, just don't put your contact number there. It really triggers us who need help at that moment; some will just go to that venue and scold your staff. Ask your staff to be more alert on this matter. Why in the world would we call if not for help? If you really don't want to answer phone calls, just remove the number from Google.

I regretted choosing the self-pickup option for the SIM card. When I came on a Sat afternoon (14 Sep 2024), there was a long queue. When I came again on Sun (15 Sep 2024), apparently their break was at 3-4 pm, and I reached at 3:05 pm. They said that this was stated online, but I did not see it in the email. I guess I'll have to come by again another day haha. So far, I'm regretting my decision to port over to Simba. I'm only doing it for my parents’ $5 senior plan.

Crowded and small, waiting for hours is quite long, and customer service is average.
