The Canberra Plaza restaurant at #01-01 is a full McDonald's on Level 1, open 7am to midnight daily. That opening time is the start of the breakfast window here. This outlet is not a 24-hour store, so nobody is getting a 4am McGriddles at this mall.

Eatbook and McDonald's both still call them McGriddles. Visuals are for illustration. The sausage in the sausage items is chicken sausage, written on the official page.
Four items, chicken sausage on the sausage ones
Sausage McGriddles is a chicken sausage patty between two maple-flavoured griddle cakes. Allergens listed: milk, soybean, wheat. Sausage McGriddles with Egg adds cheese and a round egg. McGriddles Stack is the large one: two cakes, two chicken sausage patties, cheese, a round egg, two pieces of chicken bacon. Chicken McGriddles with Egg swaps in a crispy chicken patty, cheese, egg and mayo.
If you do not eat beef, that official wording is the useful part. The sausage is chicken. The bacon on the Stack is chicken bacon. The Chicken with Egg is a fried patty, closer to a breakfast McChicken than to the sausage pair. All four except the plain Sausage list egg, milk, soybean and wheat. Gluten is flagged as a food sensitivity on every item.
