FairPrice Price Cut is a Super-store campaign, and FairPrice Canberra Plaza at #B1-03/04 is on the official participating list. Lower prices on selected fresh picks run from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, while stocks last. Look for the Price Cut sign in the basement. The same page states the promotion is not valid at FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra or FairPrice online.
This matters in Canberra because the plaza supermarket is a Super, not a Finest. Shoppers who default to the FairPrice app for delivery will not see these tags. You have to walk the fresh aisles. The store opens 8am to 11pm daily, so the early grocery run before Daiso unlocks at 10am still works.
This basement Super is named on the store list
The Price Cut event page lists FairPrice Canberra Plaza, 133 Canberra View, #B1-03/04, Singapore 750133. That is the unit under this mall, next to Daiso. The campaign copy is simple: lower prices on selected fresh picks, look for the sign. It does not publish a SKU-by-SKU web catalogue. The yellow or printed Price Cut flash on the ticket is the thing to hunt, especially on fruit, vegetables, poultry and seafood.
Gingerbread and cookie tins already sit as wall art above the poultry and seafood chillers in this store. That is Christmas merchandising, not the Price Cut mechanism. Price Cut is the value flash on selected fresh lines through 31 December 2026. Do not mix the two.
Eggs and frozen chicken until the end of 2026
Separate from the Price Cut flashes, FairPrice cut egg and frozen chicken prices at Super stores. Mothership reported on 2 October 2026 that this works out to $4.95 for a tray of 30 eggs and $2.50 for 1kg of frozen chicken, the lowest those lines have been since 2021, at more than 100 FairPrice supermarkets, excluding Finest, Xtra and online, through the end of 2026. This Canberra Plaza Super is in that format.
Those two prices are worth checking even if you ignore every other promotion in the store. A 30-egg tray at $4.95 is the kind of number that changes the Saturday basket. Frozen chicken at $2.50 per kilogram is the other. Confirm the ticket on the day. Mothership was reporting FairPrice's October statement, not a Price Cut webpage table.
CHAS 6% on Thursday and Friday
From 3 September 2026 to 1 January 2027, CHAS Blue cardholders get 6% off on Thursdays and CHAS Orange cardholders get 6% off on Fridays at FairPrice in-store and online, and at Unity. That is FairPrice Group's own Myinfo event page, dated 3 September 2026. The discount is meant to auto-apply when you update your FairPrice Group app profile with Myinfo and check out in the app. Physical CHAS cards are no longer the point.
Thursday or Friday grocery at this Super is the practical play if you hold Blue or Orange. Pair it with Price Cut fresh tags and the egg tray if you are already downstairs. App versions listed on that page are Android 6.74.1 and after, iOS 6.69.0 and after. Customer service is 6380 5858 if the discount does not land at checkout.
FairPrice wrapping gift-with-purchase later in November is Finest and Xtra only. Skip it in this basement. Coasters from 12 December are a later Super-inclusive campaign. This article is the October-to-December fresh-price story, not the Christmas GWP.
