Apply for NParks allotment plots at AXS Canberra Plaza by 2 Nov 2026

NParks allotment applications close 2 Nov 2026. Apply at AXS #02-K4 Canberra Plaza for Sembawang Park or Bukit Canberra.

By Admin

NParks opened the October 2026 allotment garden ballot on 20 October at 2pm. It closes 2 November 2026 at 11.59pm. You apply through AXS, and Canberra Plaza has an AXS kiosk at Level 2 #02-K4, 24 hours. The north plots in this exercise are 12 at Sembawang Park and 10 at Bukit Canberra. Both are a short hop from this mall.

The official announcement is dated 19 October 2026: more than 500 plots across 13 existing allotment gardens. HortPark alone has 91. Clementi Woods Park has 68. The Canberra and Sembawang numbers are small. If you live in the new BTOs around NS12 and you want a plot you can actually reach after work, those 22 north plots are the ones to ballot for, knowing the odds are tighter than a west-side park.

Use the kiosk at #02-K4, or e-Station and m-Station

Gardening SG lists three AXS channels: AXS e-Station on the web, AXS m-Station on the App Store, Google Play and App Gallery, and AXS Station kiosks islandwide. The kiosk in this plaza sits on Level 2 next to a UOB ATM, opposite the void toward Nana Cheese. It is on 24 hours. The NS12 sheltered bridge lands on Level 2, so you do not even go down to FairPrice to apply.

AXS customer service for this exercise is 6560 2727, 8.30am to 6pm daily. Call that number if the kiosk errors, not the mall concierge. Bring the NRIC or FIN details the form asks for. The kiosk will not hold a plot for you if you walk away halfway through. Finish the application before 11.59pm on 2 November 2026.

What a plot is, and what it costs

Each successful household gets one raised planter bed, 2.5 m by 1 m, with soil and a mini storage area for tools. The 2026 rate is $65.40 a year including GST, for up to three years. That rate is for application exercises held in 2026. One household may apply and ballot for one plot at any one location at a time. The minimum age is 18 at the time of application.

Foreigners may apply. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents get priority. That is the Gardening SG FAQ, not a rumour. If you are a PR in Canberra, apply as a PR. Do not assume a work-pass application will beat a citizen ballot at Sembawang Park.

Letter of offer, then a TOL in 2027

Successful applicants get a Letter of Offer by email from AXS within one month of the close, so by early December 2026 if AXS hits that SLA. The letter has payment instructions and the start date for gardening. After payment, a Temporary Occupation Licence is issued. Gardening SG's table puts most TOLs in Q2 2027. Clementi Woods Park is the outlier at Q4 2027. Unsuccessful applicants are told at the end of allocation, about three months after close, around early February 2027.

Sembawang Park is the beach and jetty park at the end of Sembawang Road, not the plaza lawn. Bukit Canberra is the hill between Canberra and Sembawang MRT, with the hawker centre and ActiveSG. A plot at either park is a weekend gardening habit, not a basement hobby. Apply at the mall kiosk. Garden at the park. Do not treat the plaza as the garden.
