The order took 40 minutes for one strawberry McFlurry takeaway. At the 32-minute mark, I was approached and told to wait, and my order number was requested at 37 minutes. I am nothing but speechless regarding this outlet.
Here's an edited version of the review, focusing on grammar and minor improvements while retaining the original meaning and sentiment:
"Ordered Crispy Hainanese Chicken 🐔 Burger 🍔 to celebrate Singapore 🇸🇬 National Day! Hainanese chicken rice is a famous Singaporean dish! It's Mediacorp celebrity Ben Yeo's recipe!
It’s available for a limited period only, and has a special dark sweet sauce tailored for the burger 🍔, just like how we eat Hainanese chicken rice.
The chicken looks like fried chicken. When you bite it, you'll taste a tad of gingery in it. Surprise! New taste! Not bad! The dark sweet sauce gives a sweet soya sauce taste, but it's thicker.
The playground has opened. Parents can sit at tables nearby, while enjoying and watching kids playing."
I placed an order for pick-up via the McDonald’s mobile app at 6 p.m., but only received my order at 7:15 p.m., despite multiple reminders to the counter staff to check on it. Think twice before coming. While there were plenty of staff at the counter, they should in fact assign more people to the kitchen to expedite orders. Awful experience at this outlet.
I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff was polite and assisted us well when I visited with my family. The place has a nice, spacious, and welcoming ambiance. Special mention goes to the McCafe staff, Fiona, who made the best latte—she’s truly the best!
When this McDonald's outlet opened, I was so delighted. The service and food quality were excellent. I ordered from this outlet almost every week. But throughout the months, the standards dropped a lot... Especially with the new young staff, I hate to say it, but things have gone from bad to worse.
Newly opened McDonald's at Canberra Plaza. I heard it’s one of the biggest McDonald's restaurants and comes with an indoor playground for kids. I came for a morning coffee. It’s spacious and not too crowded. Service is good, and there are USB charging stations at some of the tables.
Huge outlet. Larger than average. It even has its own McCafe counter and a kids' play area. Plenty of seating available. The outlet encourages diners to use the kiosks and contactless payment, with only one manned counter available. On the other hand, there are 8 kiosks available. It gets very busy during weekends.
Nice playground within the fast food restaurant. However, auntie didn't deliver the food that was ready first. She just delivered food that was already on a tray, instead of following a first-in, first-out principle.
Overall, still a nice place for parents with young kids to hang out.
