This is my favourite outlet despite the long waiting times, but today the staff came over and asked me to give feedback on the McDonald’s app. I would have been happy to give it, if not for her standing beside me, breathing down my neck, and monitoring my every choice, asking me to keep clicking “highly satisfied” to support the branch. I was so annoyed. Please, even if this is just for support, I would prefer not to be forced to do it. Please just ask for genuine feedback. Thanks.

Everything came very slowly; I had to wait more than 30 minutes. When the order came, everything was cold. Today, there was more 'ciak lat' and the fries were without salt. No taste at all. Damn 'ciak lat'! I won't come here anymore until they change the management. There are a lot of workers inside, but nobody can do anything? I thought coming late would mean I'd get fresh and hot food, but it ended up like this. 👎👎👎

I came here on a weekday afternoon at 2:30 PM. I ordered for table service. I waited a long time, but the food wasn't served. Instead, my tray of food sat at their counter for God knows why. It wasn't even peak hour, and all the orders on the screen were consistently less than five. I'm not sure why all the staff were just hanging inside the kitchen, acting busy. Before that, another tray full of food (two burger meals, as shown in the photo) for table service was on the counter even longer than mine. A customer also went to the counter with an annoyed look and took the tray himself. No one apologized. Really, the food and atmosphere here are alright, but the service is very bad at times. Peak hour is the worst; expect at least a 45-minute wait.

I don't know what happened. Everything is so dry. It's as if they prepped too much for lunch service, but because it's the fasting month, no one patronized, so the food has been left out for hours! I got 'dabao' around 3 PM and dug into the food just 10 minutes later. The food was so dry! The curry nuggets were so dry they were going to turn to dust any moment. And the fries were so stale and cold. This was the first time ever I only ate a handful of fries and discarded them.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff was polite and assisted us well when I visited with my family. The place has a nice, spacious, and welcoming ambiance. Special mention goes to the McCafe staff, Fiona, who made the best latte—she’s truly the best!

When this McDonald's outlet opened, I was so delighted. The service and food quality were excellent. I ordered from this outlet almost every week. But throughout the months, the standards dropped a lot... Especially with the new young staff, I hate to say it, but things have gone from bad to worse.

Fast food is no longer fast. I waited more than 30 mins for my dine-in order. This is simply not acceptable.

The queue and waiting time is more than 30 mins at breakfast. They will announce 'serving now' (even when it's still 5 mins away), but it's not ready.

One of the largest McDonald's **outlets** in the Northern part of Singapore. It has a new, nice and cosy ambience. The seats are much more comfortable than **those in** most other outlets. As the McCafe is also inside, it is nice to have a cup of coffee and chit-chat with friends in such a pleasant environment. They also have a little playground here for the little kids to have fun in air-conditioned comfort.

Newly opened McDonald's at Canberra Plaza. I heard it’s one of the biggest McDonald's restaurants and comes with an indoor playground for kids. I came for a morning coffee. It’s spacious and not too crowded. Service is good, and there are USB charging stations at some of the tables.
