I approached a staff member to politely ask them to clean a dirty table. She pointed somewhere above her head and said it wasn't her job. The other three staff members turned to look at me, then turned back and continued with their tasks. I then asked the cashier if I needed to ask every staff member who could clear the table, but she ignored my question as well.

The worst teh peng I have ever drunk. It's literally diluted with no tea smell. The staff were chatting with someone (not a customer) about jewelry and let those in the queue wait.
The tables were also dirty. There were three people working, or rather, just chatting away.
Absolutely disappointing. Despite the rising price, we still enjoy our toast and coffee from time to time. We went today and it was already closed at 9:18 PM, even though Google Maps indicated a 9:30 PM closing time. The shutters were already down.
The staff didn't ask how many were in my party and split my table. They weren't polite or respectful, and there were plenty of empty tables!
The coffee was diluted, and the sandwich was terrible; the toast was like a biscuit 🍪.
I remember the prawn noodles were on the Ya Kun menu last time, but they're not there anymore.
Ms. Siva is very friendly and helpful in assisting me with Shopee drop-offs and parcel collections. She's a patient staff member who serves me very well. Keep it up!
"Firstly, I want to praise the employee, Zhide, for his kind actions. My grandma didn't know how to buy a SIM card and went there seeking help. He not only patiently helped her and explained the useful information about data plans, etc., but also set up the SIM card for her. Thank you on behalf of my grandma."
I always visit this drop-off point for seller drop-offs. The staff, a friendly and helpful lady (I believe her name is Siva), is great. So far, I've had no issues. Their break times are also scheduled during non-peak hours, and the location is convenient.
Premium SG used to be my go-to drop-off point for my Shopee/Ninja orders when the larger Chinese man worked there. After they switched to the Indian lady, the service level dropped. She lacked professionalism and asked me to scan my own parcels (I have at least 50 parcels per drop-off), even though they get paid per order scanned. If I asked her to scan my parcels, she would do so unwillingly, throwing the parcels and generally showing poor customer service.
Nowadays, I drop off my parcels at the shop next door, SIMBA; they are more friendly and happily scan my parcels for me.
