Nice cafe for a Sunday visit. Not many people on weekends. The staff are very nice and kind. Nowadays, you can also order via the Starbucks App. Very convenient and quick. I love it.

The cashier was really helpful! She helped me check the values of my cards as I wasn't sure. But the drinks I got were filled with too much ice. And I finished my drink in barely 5 sips!

Here's the lightly edited review: This Canberra branch is one of the friendliest I’d been to. The two female staff members are really helpful and friendly, always with a smile. They cheered up my morning. I was there for breakfast on November 9, 2023. Keep it up!

Poor and rude staff. Ever heard of a Starbucks that can reserve seats? Apparently, you can here. I was standing beside a couple leaving, and as I was about to take a seat, I was told by the staff to make way for another group who apparently “reserved” seats. Sure, she found other seats for me, so I proceeded to order at the counter, with my partner telling her those seats she found for us should technically be reserved for us, given her “concept” of hospitality. After ordering, another group of customers took “our newfound seats.” So we approached the same staff, asking, “Didn't we reserve those seats?” She just blamed us for not sitting down. This lack of consistency from the staff is utterly ridiculous. Never heard of a Starbucks where someone can reserve seats. Hope you can retrain your staff to not lack competency.

Here's the edited review: "Great place to hang out and relax on New Year's Eve. Thanks to the hospitality of Veron, Amirul and Dhyree. You all made our day!"

I don’t usually review Starbucks because they’re pretty standard everywhere, but this particular Starbucks went beyond my expectations. As soon as my husband and I walked up to order, the barista had a warm, welcoming presence. She quickly informed us of a current Starbucks promotion (most baristas don’t bother). She also gave me the last CNY gift card from the display stand. Shout out to Siti H—she was really sweet and accommodating the entire time. The Starbucks itself is situated next to the Canberra Plaza entrance, which is also conveniently located next to the Canberra MRT station. The cafe is nice and cozy.

This is the first time I've ever heard that the pastries and other items are not to be sold today. They are for tomorrow's sale. This offers zero value for customers who take the time to come to your store.

Like the quietness here. The shop is following social distancing measures, and you can only enter to be seated after you are checked in and have completed your order.

Messy queue. We have a bigger group, which requires all of us to queue together to the order counter to get seated. While other outlets allow us to get seats first after checking our TraceTogether, before we start to queue for the drinks and food. Super inflexible.

I'm writing to commend Starbucks Service Provider. I was at the store on November 15 between 9 and 10 PM with my family. I could not help but notice a pest control guy, who looked to be in his early 30s with fair skin, helping out the staff there clearing the tables as the store was closing. He greeted us with a smile and helped me out clearing my mug and plate as the store was closing. This was a rare sight as he extended his service, helping the store employees even though he had his own tasks to do. With this kind of service from a provider like him, I bet this store is well taken care of. He made my day!
