I tried twice at a Canberra KFC, and I'm disappointed to say it's not up to standard KFC quality and taste. The chicken is undercooked and doesn't taste good. I seldom rate very low, but I am rating this low because it doesn't deserve better.

Just like all other KFCs. For me, it's the best because I had my first love moments there. The service might be slow, so please be patient. Please finish your food, or you'll get scolded by the cleaning aunty. That's fine by me because she's sweet and doesn't allow food wastage.

The staff are friendly. I requested certain parts of chicken and got them. Fast service.

Ordered a set through the KFC app at 3:50 PM and scheduled to collect at 5:15 PM. Went to the counter at 5:15 PM, showed him my collection number. He said, "Come back in 5 minutes." 5:50 PM and I am still waiting?! I asked another staff member. She looked through the system numerous times, then packed my food for me within 5 minutes. Seriously?! There was barely anyone at 5 PM when I went down to KFC. What have you all been doing? Petition to close down Canberra KFC! I need other food options here. Feb 28, 2025 update: Dream come true. It really closed down. 🤣

Here's the lightly edited review: Update: It took 35 minutes to collect an order consisting of 1 platter and 1 porridge. The kiosk always runs out of receipt paper and order paper, which means anyone can go to the counter to collect food. Out of 5 times I've gone, 4 times I've had this issue. When I informed them that there was no more paper, they simply acknowledged that they were busy. KFC needs to re-evaluate their staff management/SOP. It seems like they are very understaffed or working inefficiently.

So sad the chicken wings were smaller than my palm, which is already considered small. But at least today the cheese fries were nice.

Finest and newly renovated KFC outlet. The best service experience in Singapore for a KFC outlet. Food is fresh and juicy, and service is with a smile.

This place seriously needs a fresh start. Orders are always delayed, and we have to wait for a long time. A few times, items were missing. Horrible.

I tried the Double Down recently. The chicken was juicy and spicy, with Maggie stuffing. I enjoyed it.
