I waited 30 minutes for my order of a three-piece Original Recipe chicken meal. Never encountered a KFC with such slow service. I recommend changing the management of this store. The two counter staff members looked lost and unsure how to handle customers. There was also no manager or team leader in sight. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't know where the Original Recipe chicken was. Everyone behind the counter was just standing around. Please improve. I appreciate the attempt at service recovery by upgrading my coleslaw to a large one, though.
I can't recall if I've ever given anything a 1-star review, but I think the customer service center really deserves it. I have to include this feedback here because I ordered my takeaway from this location. Why hire someone to reply when their reply is the same as an auto-generated one? None of my feedback was addressed. Why have a tracker system when it isn't updated and accurate? I had already collected my food, but the tracker was still showing 'preparing' (see photo!). I trusted the KFC tracker and waited for about 25 minutes for nothing. I know this because the receipt stated it was served at 1:30 PM. The photo was taken at 2:09 PM, and the tracker was still showing 'preparing'. I was very disappointed with the tracker.

The team and the manager are very good. Very good customer service throughout all KFC outlets I have gone to. Fresh chicken. Short waiting time. Clean place and great atmosphere. Very good!
I tried twice at a Canberra KFC, and I'm disappointed to say it's not up to standard KFC quality and taste. The chicken is undercooked and doesn't taste good. I seldom rate very low, but I am rating this low because it doesn't deserve better.
