I waited 30 minutes for my 3-piece original recipe chicken meal. I've never encountered a KFC with such slow service. I recommend changing the management personnel at this store. The two counter staff looked so lost and didn't seem to know how to handle the customers. There was also no manager or team leader in sight. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't know where the original recipe chicken was. Everyone behind the counter was just standing around. Please improve. I appreciated the attempt at service recovery by upgrading my coleslaw to a large size, though.

I ordered a 3-piece Original Recipe meal (for children) but received Hot and Crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC has mixed up customer orders, with missing or incorrect items. Terrible! KFC management, you seriously need to acknowledge this issue and review the work processes for all KFC locations in Singapore.
The staff was always nice to me, but whenever a problem arises, they tend to exaggerate the situation. I ordered "Fanta Grape" once, and what should have been a purple, fizzy drink was instead a bland, clear, fizzy water. The manager needs to look into this.

The gym offers a wide variety of equipment, although some of the seating shows signs of wear. The facility is well-maintained and clean; however, a few fans appear non-functional, despite the switches being turned on. The front desk staff are courteous and professional. The gym tends to become crowded around 7 PM, which may make accessing certain machines more difficult. Overall, it is an excellent facility with strong amenities.
"I've been a member of this gym since 2021, and the quality has dropped tremendously. The quality and experience don't warrant me paying almost $100 a month. I don't see myself renewing.
Free weights are left lying around, and even when they're on the rack, they're not in proper order. Random padding from equipment can go missing, leaving the skeleton of the equipment in the workout area without proper signage. Rubber knobs for the cable machines have been missing for a year, and we're all touching the steel when adjusting the cables. Last year, the clock was out of battery and remained unchanged for six months.
Staff don't bother to walk the floor or greet members. Not walking the floor means they don't see how messy the gym is throughout the day. The towels used for wiping equipment have been the same for many months, and I'm not sure if they're even washed. There are no efforts to forge relationships with members, unlike in the past.
It has come to a point where regular gym-goers have to remind others to put their weights back.
I had surgery last year and wasn't allowed to pause my membership, even with a doctor's note. I had to write a complaint email to HQ to appeal my case.
Honestly, it's sad to see what the gym has become."
