The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it, it was on the small camera screen, and I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called to ask if I could retake the photo, the staff said they couldn't retake it unless the photo was rejected by the government and I had a letter to prove it. It was a very poor experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.

The service is very bad! When I ordered food, the server didn't come to the cashier. She made mistakes and was still angry with me. The service was bad; the food wasn't nice either, and the rice was sticky.

"Perhaps this wasn't owner-cooked. The Kimchi Soup with rice was served with Tang Hoon that was hard and uncooked. When we returned the soup to the stall, they recooked it for us. After recooking, it still wasn't ideal. The person at the counter didn't seem surprised by our return, though, so maybe this is a common occurrence? I didn't realize that some hawker/food court stalls, like this one, have continued to drop in standard. Where are the passionate hawkers of the past?"

It's not a bad Japanese and Korean food place, but it's quite expensive for the area.

The service was terrible, especially from the chef who took my order when my aunt wasn't present. It doesn't deserve even one star.

"There is no separate counter for parcel collection. The staff are very chatty, but they ask you to queue and wait. I waited nearly an hour for one parcel collection. 😤"

It seems they have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also never manage the separation properly. There's now an extra queue for collections, but everything is slow because of all the people asking questions. I can literally see my parcel (a 30-minute wait, by the way). The management is very poor, and this has been going on for so long without much improvement.
