Here's an edited version of the review:
Very unpleasant experience at Northpoint.
Reasons: I bought a photo frame for over $18, but it was dirty and had a rusty metal hook. The lady in charge was not friendly and told me to clean it myself.
When I reached home, I did all the cleaning, but the hook was still rusty.
I made a trip to Canberra to address the issue with the hook and told Ms. Belle the whole scenario at Northpoint. Finally, Ms. Belle exchanged the photo frame without any issue.
Many thanks to her for helping.

Too bad I only remembered to read reviews after patronizing. True enough, their passport photo-taking and editing skills are almost non-existent. And they charged $21, to top it off. The editing was unnatural, and staff claimed they didn't have the original photo, even though the photo had just been taken the day before. What more can I say? I repeat: avoid at all costs, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo or have spare cash to retake somewhere else. Don't bother.

Very bad experience. I printed 24 R4 matte photos, and they all turned out overexposed. The staff simply said they print what was sent. If only a few of the photos were overexposed, I would accept it. But when all 24 photos are overexposed, something must be wrong. Expensive, lousy photo quality, and bad service. ā¹ļø

If only I could give it zero stars, I would. Staff didnāt even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo to be printed (we printed an 8R family shot), like other shops would; the picture was so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!

RIP-OFF! $2.50 for printing 3 A4 papers. The rude, impatient service staff printed the papers and charged me before I could even finish giving her instructions. I didnāt make a fuss and just told her to print again. When I reminded her (nicely) of my instructions, she answered with annoyance that she knew. Overall, a bad experience for both the service and the price.

Unhelpful service staff refuses to advise or provide any service whatsoever. I had to cut the brochure myself and realised the margins were not aligned. The staff refused to do anything. Waste of money.

Here's the lightly edited review:
"I usually donāt leave comments at all, but this was a really agonizing and traumatic experience with Rachel, the Supervisor from Canberra Plaza. Not once did I raise my voice at her. It was a distressing experience. She raised her voice at me because she did not know how to print the document the same way her colleague managed to set the printer settings and print for me previously. Her answer to me was that she is not technically proficient, and she wanted to charge me for the two papers that were printed due to her error. I suggest you donāt go there."

I waited so long for a single NRIC to be printed, despite there being no other customers. Why were they taking so long?
The lighting and cropping of the photo were so bad. The lighting also looked like it had been done by a kid.
The price was too expensive. Forty dollars for a single sheet of paper is way too expensive.

Very poor experience with the salesgirl. Very emotionless and soulless. Even a game's NPC has more emotions and better interaction than her.

The work was very neat and clean. The first print cost $1.50, and from the next, it was 50 cents, I guess. They charged $2.50 for 3 pages.
