First time here for just a haircut (wash and blow-dry included) to try their service. It was a very comfortable experience. My hair wasn't in the best condition, but Johnny didn't comment much, which I appreciated. There was no upselling, minimal small talk, and he just focused on the haircut. He was also mindful of not cutting it too short. I would definitely revisit for a treatment soon! Thank you!

Went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in the Sengkang branch). I sought some consultations from him regarding straightening my hair, but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment, and I must say I was very impressed with the outcome and how soft my hair is – and not too wavy, which is what I've been wanting. I did have a few questions regarding maintenance and how to keep the treatment long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him on the great service, and I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason!

Ordered the Meltz Buddy Meal, but didn't receive any Meltz! The à la carte Meltz cost $8.25, but I was given a token worth $3. HAH! Their math isn't adding up! Very disappointed and felt cheated!

KFC always hits the spot! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Service is fast, and the sides are great. Perfect for a quick, tasty meal. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I waited 30 minutes for my order of a 3-piece original recipe chicken meal. I've never encountered a KFC with such slow service. I recommend changing the management personnel of this store. The two counter staff looked so lost and didn't seem to know how to handle the customers. There was also no manager or team leader in sight. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't know where the original recipe chicken was. Everyone behind the counter was just standing around. Please improve. I appreciate the attempt at service recovery by upgrading my coleslaw to large, though.

I love the food here. I frequently come here to buy KFC and also for takeaway. The chicken is very fresh, and they always serve it hot, especially the mashed potatoes! So good! Love it.
