The cashier at the Fish soup & Ban Mian stall, please send her for customer service training. She was impatient and didn't offer help when I requested more information on how to use the FairPrice App. She acted like, "Don't know how to use it? Then pay cash, faster, faster!" She gave me an unfriendly impression. Please give elderly people more time to learn how to use the app if you are heading for cashless payment in the future, and train your staff to be knowledgeable in assisting customers. As of December 25th, after 12 PM.

The 'auntie' on the drink staff was the most horrid and sulky. She is extremely rude, mistreats customers and colleagues, and treats everyone as if they are nothing. She also thinks she is the top of the world. Her service was very insulting and the worst I've ever encountered. This is the second time already! You may think she's stressed, but there are barely any customers.

Terrible! Very bad attitude from the drinks store on 9/10/22 at 0800hr. The service is extremely poor, with staff showing no manners and a bad attitude. There was already a long queue for coffee, yet she kept telling us to wait. First, she took out the boiled eggs from the pot. Then, we had to wait for her to put new eggs in the pot again. After that, we still needed to wait for her to put two trays of eggs and wipe the wet stove before slowly placing our order. After her bloody rude service for my order, she rudely asked me to wait again. I understand that I ordered two sets of toast, which takes time. I just wanted to confirm it was two sets. She impatiently said I needed to wait, and shouted at me, saying there were still people lining up behind me to order! Please! I just wanted to confirm the quantity with you. Is it so difficult? You are so unwilling; please don't take your anger out on us. I don't even want to give it one star; unfortunately, the system will not allow it. Cantine, look at the many other negative feedback about this lady in your reviews.

Hostile staff I asked the counter staff if PayNow was accepted. She kept mumbling to herself, and I had to ask three times before she gave a haughty answer that PayNow was accepted. Even her counterpart, the one preparing the food, had an argument with her because they asked a question, and the counter staff didn't answer clearly. Although I ordered 2 breakfast sets, the counter staff only gave me one pair of eggs. I didn't bother asking for the second pair because I felt it wasn't worth antagonising the staff. Eventually, when collecting the food, I asked how long it would take, as I had already returned to the counter twice after she rang the bell to signal food was ready. She exclaimed that if I couldn't wait for the food, I shouldn't order this set as it would take a while. All I wanted to know was how long to wait before returning, and I was not in a rush.

Visited here on 14/07/2023 (Fri) at 9:15 AM. The drink stall Chinese lady taking orders was really rude and bad-tempered. She has hearing problems and always takes the wrong order, but still had the right to shout back and show temper to customers even when she heard incorrectly. Management, please look into this and give this lady the proper training. We are her customers, not her enemy.

The banmian stall is delicious as always, but the auntie couldn't speak English. She kept asking me something in Mandarin many times. I was very confused. Thankfully, a kind Chinese lady (a customer) beside me translated it for me. I'm sorry, but if you work in Singapore, you need to at least know how to speak basic English. It's so unfair to non-Mandarin speakers in Singapore. You don't have to be fluent, but at least learn the basics 😭😭 Wah, this one, 'milk,' also don't know how to translate to English 😬

As described by others, the service at the drink stall was rude, from both the manager and staff. I tried to redeem my free ice kachang with the Trust voucher, but the staff keyed in the wrong PIN. Then they claimed I had redeemed it before when I had not. They accused me, the customer, and the manager did nothing to help. You can keep the dessert for yourself! Dishonest and rude people. I hope you all close down soon!

Avoid this place at all costs! The new Western stall charges for a takeaway container but only gives a bag. Terrible place, terrible food, and terrible service. I think they are only surviving because they are halal. But seriously, at this rate, nobody will come to your establishment.
