This clinic is definitely one of the best I have experienced. The ladies at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Dr Chong was very friendly and professional. Definitely the best around Canberra!!!

Here's the edited review: The queue management leaves a lot more to be desired. Registered at 9 AM, with an SMS indicating 2 patients ahead. Through the HealthHub website, I noticed the number of patients ahead kept increasing to 4 or 5, reduced to 3, and then went back to 4. I went to the clinic to ask, and the reception shared they would ask the doctor. Five minutes later, the reception shared they would prioritize me for the next slot. At 10:35 AM, more than 1.5 hours later, another patient went in, and I was still seeing 3 patients ahead of me. If you're visiting this clinic, please note that even 2 patients ahead may still mean a more than 1.5-hour wait, as they will insert patients into the queue ahead of you.

First time at this clinic (decided to give it a try), as there was a long queue at the usual clinic I visit. The receptionist was not welcoming and did not even make eye contact when asking for my NRIC. Already feeling very unwell and then having to see this kind of lacklustre service. No empathy at all. I decided to just leave the clinic without even registering and just queuing for the usual clinic. I suggest visiting VivaMedical at Level 2. Now I understand why one clinic is empty and why the other has a long queue.

Thank you for going above and beyond for your patient, Dr. Chong Jia An. My mum and I are truly appreciative of your assistance and generosity, especially for taking precious time to go through her LPA with great clarity. Obviously, the effort with the elderly is doubled, but he was very patient, making sure she understood the terms and conditions. He explained in ways that were easily relatable to an older person. I would certainly recommend MyDoctor@Canberra clinic for LPA. I’ve learned a few important pieces of information myself as he explained. His genuineness towards his patient is a huge plus point. Great job, Doc!

Horrible queuing system. Initially, I saw I was 3rd in the queue, so I monitored my queue number closely. To my surprise, my queue number kept getting pushed back, so I approached the staff to ask why. She explained that patients in front had missed their queue and came back. Hence, they were slotted in front of me. This shows a total lack of respect for patients' time who watch over the queue closely to make sure not to miss it.

Got my mum’s LPA and AMD done here. The queue system is fantastic. The number of people in the queue is on display on a TV screen, so you know exactly the number of people in front of you. You will get an SMS alert when it’s almost your turn, so you can grab some food at the food court nearby while waiting. Dr Chong was extremely patient and detailed in explaining both LPA and AMD to my mum, making sure that she understands the legal implications before signing. The service staff at the reception were also very friendly. Highly recommended.

A good clinic with a harmonious environment. The doctor in charge is understanding and explains things with patience if you have concerns. The three counter staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly on every visit.
