I waited 35 minutes for my takeout order during the dinner rush. With the increase in residents and families in Canberra, this branch has been struggling to cope with the surge in demand and the number of orders. This is not the fault of the staff, as it was clear they were highly professional in their service but were simply overwhelmed. I would highly encourage McDonald’s Singapore HQ to review the capacity load of this branch and consider increasing its ability to cater to the rising number of orders.

"This was a very frustrating experience at a fast-food restaurant. We waited 35 minutes for our meal. Orders placed after ours were served, and the numbers jumped from 24xx to 26xx. When we checked on our order, the waitress was quite impatient. After asking a third time, she told us it would be another 15 minutes. We then asked about the specific item that was taking so long, and she went back and brought out our order in 1 minute. We wondered why they wouldn't admit to the disordered serving and the mistake..."
Ordered hot Milo in my takeout meals. Living just two minutes away, I was home quickly. When I opened the order, I received coffee with milk instead of Milo, and my black coffee was only half a cup. Both drinks were not hot, but lukewarm. Disappointed.
"The orders always take a very long time, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Furthermore, there's always a mistake with my takeout orders. I ordered through the mobile app, did some shopping at NTUC, and when I returned, my food wasn't ready. So, I went for a walk and came back for my order.
I ordered a McGriddles Stack, which should have come with two sausage patties and bacon. However, I received a normal Mcgriddle Sausage. The Milo was even more diluted than usual, and I had ordered it without ice because it's always diluted. This wasn't the first time my order has been packed incorrectly, and especially when you're hungry, you can't walk all the way back to exchange it. Nor do you have the time to unpack everything in front of them to check the order. It makes no sense that these staff members are getting paid to pack our orders. I hope that every staff member can double-check orders before handing them over. I don't mind waiting; I just want my order to be correct."
