Customers should definitely ask, "Do you know how to make this drink or dessert?" before ordering. As regular patrons for over three years, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Do Qoo shop in Canberra Plaza on October 2, 2024. I ordered and paid for two Black Sesame Pudding Lattes. However, the lady preparing my drinks seemed completely untrained. After a few moments of confusion, she informed us that she didn’t know how to make the drinks and asked if we could wait for her colleague to return from her break, which she said would take another half an hour. Given our time constraints, we requested a refund, but she stated that she didn’t know how to operate the cash register and couldn't process it. She repeatedly insisted that she was new and unfamiliar with the drinks or the cashier system. After further discussion, she suddenly claimed she figured out how to make the drinks. However, when she prepared them, the proportions were inconsistent: one drink had double the black sesame while the other had far too little sugar. The result was unpalatable, and we couldn’t drink either of them. Given this experience, we will not be returning. I suggest they ensure at least one trained staff member is available at all times to avoid similar situations.

I would like to give my feedback regarding Canberra Plaza. I think the service crew there only work as part-timers, as I see them most of the time on Saturdays or Sundays. Two of the service crew have very long fringes and don't do anything with them, just letting them hang down and cover their faces. This is very unhygienic. I hope DO QOO can take some action regarding this matter. Thanks.

I have no idea why this has so many bad reviews. :( I'm leaving a review here to say that I love their corn so much! I don't know what they put inside it, but it's so good! I'm looking forward to trying their mint jelly, but their Golden Beauty is pretty good. I also love the lychee pop.

"My first time buying their desserts was really disappointing! They were pricey and not up to standard. The Aiyu dessert wasn't served cold; I still needed to add ice to make it cold, and it wasn't tasty at all. I was also quite shocked when I saw the young lady preparing the dessert. She was doing it slowly, and even worse, incorrectly and had to redo it! I stood there waiting, wondering if she was even aware of what she was doing. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll patronize this dessert shop again!"

Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible, and the lighting setup is a joke. A total waste of $16. Seriously, just don’t.

"If only I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff didn’t even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo before printing (we printed an 8R family shot) like other shops do. The picture is so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!"

"Very bad experience. I printed 24 matte R4 photos, and they all turned out overexposed. The staff simply said they print what was sent. If only a few of the photos were overexposed, I would have accepted it. But when all 24 were overexposed, something must be wrong. Expensive, lousy photo quality, and bad service. ā˜¹ļø"

It's too bad I only remembered to read reviews after patronizing this place. The passport photo taking and editing "skills" are almost non-existent. They charged $21, too šŸ˜’šŸ™„ The editing was unnatural, and staff claimed they didn’t have the original photo, even though the photo-taking was done just the day before. Okay, what can I say? Again, avoid this place at all costs, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo, or have spare cash to retake the photos elsewhere. Don't bother.

Unpleasant experience at Northpoint... Reasons: I bought a photo frame for $18 plus, but it was dirty and the metal hook was rusty. The lady in charge wasn't friendly and told me to clean it myself. When I got home, I cleaned it, and discovered the hook was still rusty. I made a trip back to Canberra to explain the situation to Ms. Belle at Northpoint. She exchanged the photo frame without any issue. Many thanks to her for helping.
