I went to see a doctor for a sore throat. I walked in around 8 PM and asked if they were open. They said yes, but my mask was unusable. The receptionist/nurses on the night shift were so nice, helpful, and polite. When I asked if they could provide me with one, they went the extra mile and gave me a free mask before I entered the clinic!
I am so happy and grateful for such a kind gesture. They did not stop me from walking in to see the doctor. I am really very thankful to the night shift nurses working on August 2nd, 2023, at 8 PM. I didn't manage to get both ladies' names, but thank you so much for letting me in and going the extra mile by providing me a free mask before I entered the clinic to see the doctor. Next time, I will bring an extra mask when visiting the doctor.
Dr. Ivan is a very professional, neat, and clean doctor. He is very patient and listens well to patients. I felt well taken care of.

Worst clinic I have been to. When I was sick, the doctor claimed it was just a normal cough and flu. I went to see the doctor at 9 AM. The doctor gave only a one-day MC, stating I was only feeling feverish with a viral cough and flu. I was given only cough and flu medicine and advised to just rest at home. By 4 PM, I had a fever of 37.9, and by 6 PM, my temperature had risen to 39.6. Now I have to go back to the clinic. I called their phone four times, but no one answered after 6:20 PM. They said an ART test was a must.
I did not go back to the same clinic, as I believe they treat patients differently, especially when it's your company doctor, paying $5 for what felt like a $5 treatment. I went to another clinic, and the doctor prescribed stronger medicine and antibiotics. Choose your doctor wisely, especially when you are really sick. Not everyone is just there for the MC!
Had an operation and had to go there daily for dressing changes. Doctor Ivan was very professional and better than any other GPs I went to. Highly recommend this place 👍
One of the best clinics I've been to! I decided to visit this clinic for my HPV vaccination as it is one of the CHAS clinics participating in the program.
Through all three visits, the receptionists were all super sweet and helpful, and I always felt very reassured. Additionally, they addressed me by my name when I was at the counter for medication or payment, which made me feel very welcome. Despite mistakenly remembering my appointment time for my last dose of vaccine, the receptionists still arranged for me to take it that day and I'm so grateful for them!
Besides the kind receptionists, Dr Ivan Tan is also a competent doctor. To help ease my nervousness before the injection, he always goes the extra mile and engages me in small talk. He is very caring as well and would ask if I had any side effects during my previous doses. He is also very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of my questions about the vaccine and the vaccination program. Most importantly, Dr Ivan was very skilled and I had minimal pain during all three injections.
Overall, all three visits to the clinic were very pleasant. I recommended this clinic to my family members and all of them have had similar positive experiences as well! Just one side note, it can be quite difficult to reach the clinic by phone (not sure if it's because I called them during their busy period) but other than that I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs medical care.
p.s. Not asked to give this review but decided to write it down as I am really grateful for the pleasant experience I had there. Visiting a clinic can be scary at times but having kind and reassuring receptionists and doctors like them can make the experience a whole lot better!
Visited the clinic for the first time and was greeted by the warm smiles of two lovely ladies at reception. After just a few minutes' wait, I was treated by Dr Ivan Tan for an infection in my thumb. Dr Tan was very patient in listening to my concerns, and his warm, friendly, and calm nature put my anxiety at ease very quickly. He is skilled and professional, and you can easily see that Dr Tan is a doctor for keeps!
Very disappointed with Dr. IVAN. I visited this clinic two days ago, and my symptoms were the same as 15 days ago. I had visited them 15 days ago, recovered for a week, but all the symptoms came back. When I told the doctor my situation, he told me, "Don't tell me all the history; just tell me what you have today," in a very rude and disrespectful way.
Here's a question: If a person is experiencing the same symptoms again within 15 days of their last visit, how is that not relevant?
If he thinks it's not relevant, he could have politely explained why it is not related, instead of losing his temper. There's nothing to be fussy about; it's your job to take every symptom into consideration and give a proper explanation as to why it has occurred again and what I should do to protect myself.
It's very obvious that a person who is suffering will be worried and will tell the doctor.
This is one of the two best clinics I have been to (the other one is in Bedok). From the receptionists and clinic nurses to the two doctors (Dr. Ivan and Dr. Wong), the service is excellent. The staff are patient, friendly, and approachable. Service with a smile. They answer my questions patiently, and even when busy, they never brush me aside. They show a lot of initiative. Just today, they reminded me about using my civil service card to pay. I was grateful that the clinic was open today, even though it was a public holiday and the staff are Muslims. One of them even came from Pasir Ris. On top of that, poor thing, they had to work on Hari Raya Haji.
Even the two doctors, Dr. Wong and Dr. Ivan, have been patient, putting me at ease, and never once made me feel stupid when I ask a thousand and one questions. They are professional, knowledgeable, and kind at the same time. I can say this because I have been to the clinic three times this year, including today. So, to those who feel otherwise, go to another clinic. The staff and doctors here work longer hours and even on public holidays. That in itself is already a bonus. It takes two hands to clap. I like to think that if you are nice, they will be too, if not nicer.

It's okay that the first diagnosis was not accurate and I had worsening symptoms despite taking all prescriptions. However, I encountered a doctor who was impatient and unwilling to listen to my symptoms on the follow-up visit. He assumed he understood everything after the two questions he asked, and that's all he felt he needed to know. He stopped me from talking while I tried to highlight what he was overlooking. I left without taking any prescription he gave (for antibiotics). The diagnosis was clearly not accurate, and I won't take antibiotics prescribed by a doctor who doesn't listen to patients empathetically.
I suggest whoever reads this review, please do not go to this clinic. This clinic will charge higher prices than other clinics. Don't bother to waste your time here. You've been warned!
