It seems they have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also never manage the separation effectively. There's now an extra queue for collections, but everything is slow because of all the people asking questions. While waiting, I could literally see my parcel (a 30-minute wait for one parcel, by the way). The management is very poor, and this has been going on for so long without much improvement.
The staff there are quite rude, and the way they arrange their parcels is messy and untidy. They don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, which results in a very long queue.
Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they try to be as slow as possible so people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposefully slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping customers.
I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here; just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here seem unhelpful. I know it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should collect commission from Shopee if they aren't going to provide any assistance.

The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you need to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected.
