The Cream Cheese Beef Burger 🍔 was delicious 🤤. The beef patty was juicy and tender with a generous amount of cream cheese and lots of caramelized onions. 🧅 My order was served less than 5 minutes after I placed it via the kiosk. I was very impressed with their speed. However, none of the staff smiled when I interacted with them. They were all expressionless. It doesn't cost anything to smile at customers when serving them.

"The root beer is so nice. The burger is good. The food and drink are collected at two separate counters. You have to collect your food opposite the shop. To get your drink, you have to give the receipt to the counter staff inside the shop."

This A&W outlet opens slightly later than the other outlets, so we drove over since we were craving some American fast food! Ordering and payment were easy using the self-service kiosk, and the food was prepared fast. And most importantly, it's yummy 😋.

Ordered the beef coney dog combo, and it was disappointing. The hotdog wasn't snappy, and the topping was cold. Even the curly fries were cold when served. Only the root beer was good.

If only I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff didn't even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo before printing (we printed an 8R family shot) like other shops do. The picture is so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!

"Too bad I only remembered to read reviews after patronizing. True enough, the passport photo taking and editing ‘skills’ are almost non-existent. And they charged $21, too 😒🙄 The editing was unnatural, and staff claimed they didn’t have the original photo, even though the photo-taking was just done the day before. Okay, what can I say? Repeat: avoid at all cost, unless you can live with a terribly edited photo, or have spare cash to retake it somewhere else. Don’t bother."

Unpleasant experience at Northpoint... Reasons: I bought a photo frame for $18 plus, but it was dirty and the metal hook was rusty. The lady in charge was not friendly and told me to clean it myself. When I reached home, I cleaned it and discovered the hook was rusty. I then made a trip to Canberra to discuss the issue with Ms. Belle at Northpoint. She ultimately exchanged the photo frame without any issue. Many thanks to her for helping.

Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible, and the lighting setup is a joke. A total waste of $16. Seriously, just don’t.
