The staff was understaffed and rude. The female staff was constantly serving customers who wanted to purchase the buns (Bao). She took two orders in front of me (Ban Mian) and my order, but continued to shout, "Who else needs Bao?" Then, halfway through cooking the noodles, she went to serve the customers who were buying the Bao. My noodles ended up extremely soggy and gross. There was barely any meat in my noodles. What expensive, awful noodles! Note: This was a takeaway order, and I was only a less than 10-minute drive from home. I will not buy from this outlet again. Plaza Singapura outlet is still the best.

I usually don't leave reviews! But I am appalled that they cheated my husband of 2.30 by selling him the wrong product. My husband is a vegetarian, and he specifically asked for red bean pau. He asked 2-3 times, but the aunty working on 10/5/24 at 7pm said it was red bean pau and sold him this. He came back home to realize it's not red bean pau. I don't understand why they have to do this. It's very far for us to go back and ask them about it. Please. No wonder you guys have low reviews.

I tried the mee hun kuey at Simei East Point, where the kuey thickness was just right. The one I just had at Sengkang Grand Hawker was disappointing. It was thick and not nice. I hope what was adopted at East Point can be replicated here. Also, I found the portion too small. One good thing was, the soup remained nice.

Here's the edited review: Very bad service from the Chinese staff. I asked for the egg to be packed separately, as a pregnant lady cannot have raw egg, but the rude staff kept saying no. Avoid coming to this outlet. The staff had a bad attitude.

So much money for so little. The portions wouldn't even be enough for a toddler. Only a third of the bowl was filled with noodles? Seriously?

The ban mian soup noodles were clumpy, and the portion was small. The soup was bland. The ingredients were miserly. The ban mian stall at the nearby canteen is much better in quantity and quality. First and last time.

My favourite mee hoon kueh, so I was really disappointed to chew on a metal wire inside my mee hoon kueh.

The cashier auntie was impatient and rude, especially when you want to redeem through the Shopee app. Noodles are in really pathetic portions.

Worst customer service out of all the NKP outlets I've patronised. If you don't like customers to use Shopee Pay, tell your boss that. If you want to work there and earn your pathetic pay, you jolly well do your job.

Service: Extremely poor customer service and bad attitude provided by the aunties on 24 August 2022 when I purchased the following items: 1. Chee chong fan, 2 slices for $6 2. Qu Kway, 5 pieces for $3 3. Da Bao for $2.80 I had asked for a packet of chili sauce from the aunties. They replied to me in a rude and unpleasant manner, saying, "We do not have chili for the Da Bao." However, the issue was that I wanted the chili sauce for the other items, not the Da Bao. The attitude and behavior of the two aunties who served me gave me a very bad impression of this store. Please do not patronise this store or make any purchases from it. It is highly discouraged and not recommended due to the worst customer service and attitude provided by the staff! 😡😡😖😡😠 My family and I will not come back ever again, even though the food is nice. I would rather visit other shops... With this kind of bad customer service, I do not think anyone will want to come. Not recommended to visit!
