The queue management leaves a lot to be desired. I registered at 9 am, with an SMS indicating two patients ahead. Through the HealthHub website, I noticed the number of patients ahead kept increasing to four or five, then reduced to three, and then went back to four. I went to the clinic to ask, and the receptionist said they would ask the doctor. Five minutes later, the receptionist said they would push me to the next spot. At 10:35 am, more than 1.5 hours later, another patient went in, and I was still seeing three patients ahead of me. If you're visiting this clinic, please note that two patients ahead may still mean a wait of more than 1.5 hours, as they will insert patients into the queue ahead of you.

First time at the clinic (decided to give it a try) as there was a long queue at the usual clinic I visit. The receptionist was not welcoming and didn't even make eye contact when asking for my NRIC. Already feeling very unwell, I found this lack of service attitude disappointing. There was no empathy at all. I decided to leave the clinic without registering and went back to queue at my usual clinic. I suggest visiting VivaMedical at Level 2. Now I understand why one clinic is empty and the other has a long queue.

Thank you for going above and beyond for your patient, Doctor Chong Jia An. My mum and I are truly appreciative of your assistance and generosity in taking precious time to go through her LPA with great clarity. Obviously, the effort with the elderly is comparatively doubled, but he was very patient and made sure she understood the terms and conditions. He explained things in ways that were easily relatable to an older person. I would certainly recommend MyDoctor@Canberra clinic for LPA services. I’ve learned a few important things myself as he explained. The genuineness he showed for his patient is a huge plus point. Great job, Doc!

The queuing system was horrible. Initially, I saw I was 3rd in the queue and closely monitored my number. To my surprise, my queue number kept getting pushed back. I approached a staff member and asked why. She explained that patients in front had missed their queue and returned, so they were slotted in ahead of me. This shows a total lack of respect for patients' time, especially those who are watching the queue closely to avoid missing their turn.

Got my mum’s LPA and AMD done here. The queue system is fantastic. The number of people in the queue is displayed on a TV screen, so you know exactly how many patients are ahead of you. You'll get an SMS alert when it's almost your turn, allowing you to grab some food at the nearby food court while waiting. Dr. Chong was extremely patient and detailed in explaining both the LPA and AMD to my mum, ensuring she understood the legal implications before signing. The service staff at the reception were also very friendly. Highly recommended.

A good clinic with a harmonious environment. The doctor in charge is understanding and patiently explains things if you have concerns. The three counter staff members are attentive, helpful, and friendly during every visit.

One of the best clinics! The staff is super friendly, and they treat you like family, offering reminders and well wishes. The doctor is super cool, friendly, and efficient, explaining things in a very simple way, unlike some who use overly technical language that's hard to understand.
