April 20th. When I came into the clinic, I noticed the staff kept shaking their heads and sighing because I saw there was a lineup. I informed the staff that I was there to see the doctor because I had a fever and wanted a medical certificate. The staff then said, "So you want to take a medical certificate, then?" I said I'd let the doctor check me first. After I went in, the doctor said, "Don't ask my staff to give you a medical certificate." I was like, "????" Was it my fault because I didn't know how the clinic worked?

Doctor Tan was detailed in his explanation; however, the clinic staff were distracted by the payment process. One of them claimed to have explained the medication, when clearly she only explained the product I was purchasing. When I asked about the medication, she insisted she had explained it instead of just explaining it then. It was a turn-off, so I walked away, and she followed me trying to explain herself. Nevertheless, they are not rude people. So, 3 stars for that.

Today at Canberra Plaza, at Gogo Sushi... While I was in the queue to pay, I saw they had a $1 off promotion (with a minimum spend of $12) tag at the counter. When it was my turn to pay and I saw my total was $12, I told the counter person and pointed to the tag. Then she told me to wait a minute and called for her superior. The superior came and said the promotion required a review (a survey). I agreed to do so and let others pay first, so I stepped aside and scanned the code for the review. After only a few seconds on the review website, he suddenly added that the $1 off (minimum $12 spend) was only eligible for the next purchase. So I said never mind, and just paid the total bill of $12. I was a bit unhappy with the service, because the promotion tag didn't specify that the offer was only for the next purchase, and the superior didn't explain it well earlier on.

I had a fantastic experience at Canberra Sushi Go Go! I visited late yesterday afternoon and was greeted by the lovely staff member, Kok Chin, who welcomed me with a warm smile. Despite being busy and working alone, she took pride in her job and made my day with her exceptional customer service. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent, even during a busy time. The prices were also very reasonable. Thank you, Kok Chin, for making my visit so enjoyable!

The lady has an attitude issue. We asked about the promotion in the shop, referencing the review. She didn’t even reply to us, just kept quiet. It showed she knew nothing and wasn't interested in promoting the company's campaign. Horrible attitude.

I am a regular customer at this shop and have no problem using my POSB debit card. Today, I presented my POSB debit card with an expiry date of 2027. The lady, Moyan, did not know how to process the debit card and kept saying it was not working. If Sushi Express is unwilling to fulfill this deal, then they shouldn't offer the POSB deal. The way this lady, Moyan, speaks to customers is impolite and unfriendly. Highly not recommended! 😡😡😡 I will not be going back!
