This is my second visit, and both the front desk and the doctor were friendly on both visits. Doctor Wong listened well to my concerns, unlike other doctors I've seen elsewhere. This wasn't just because of rush hour; I went during both rush hour and non-rush hour times, and they were still very approachable and friendly. 👍
"This is the worst clinic I've been to. When I was sick, the doctor claimed it was just a normal cough and flu. I saw the doctor at 9+ am, and they only gave me one day of medical leave, saying I just felt feverish with a viral cough and flu. They prescribed only cough and flu medicine and told me to rest at home. By 4 pm, I had a fever of 37.9, and at 6 pm, my temperature went up to 39.6. I had to go back to a clinic. I called their phone four times, but no one answered after 6:20 pm. They said it was a MUST to take an ART test.
I didn't go back to that clinic because I think they treat patients differently, especially when it's your company doctor, who is paid $5 for $5 treatment. I went to another clinic, and the doctor prescribed stronger medicine and antibiotics. Choose your doctor wisely, especially when you're really sick. Not everyone is just there for the medical leave!"
The lady has an attitude issue. We asked about the promotion in the shop, referencing the review. She didn’t reply, just kept quiet. It showed she knew nothing and wasn't interested in promoting the company's campaign. Horrible attitude.
"I am a regular customer at this shop and have no problem using my POSB debit card. Today, I presented my POSB debit card, which expires in 2027. The lady, Moyan, did not know how to process the debit card and kept saying it wasn't working. If Sushi Express is unwilling to honor this deal, then they shouldn't offer the POSB deal. The way this lady, Moyan, speaks to customers is impolite and unfriendly. Highly not recommended! 😡😡😡 I will not be going back!"
I always get my sushi takeout from here, maybe 2-3 times a week. The sushi here tastes better and is prepared better compared to the Northpoint branch (the rice feels mushy there, and the sushi isn't placed nicely).
Also, the employees here are always pleasant and friendly, unlike the five times I've been to the Northpoint branch (where they always seem unhappy and give me an attitude).
The only thing to improve is the lack of sushi variety after 7 pm; most of the time, I can't get my favorite salmon sushi. Other than that, I love having my dinner takeout here!
Today at Canberra Plaza, at Gogo Sushi... While I was in the queue to pay, I saw a tag at the counter advertising a $1 off promotion (with a minimum spend of $12). When it was my turn to pay and my total was $12, I pointed to the tag and told the counter person. She told me to wait a minute and called for her superior. The superior came and said the promotion required a review (a survey). I agreed to do so and let others pay first, so I stepped aside and scanned the code for the review. After only a few seconds on the review website, he suddenly added that the $1 off (minimum $12 spend) was only eligible for the next purchase. So I said never mind, and just paid the total bill of $12. I was a bit unhappy with the service because the promotion tag didn't specify that the offer was only for the next purchase, and the superior didn't explain it well earlier.
