Tastes the same as other outlets. Made to order, and they don't leave out soggy ones to sell like some other outlets!

"The Chinese uncle with glasses is very friendly and always makes the waffles after they're ordered. They are always really yummy, crispy, and warm!"

The extended wait time of over 15 minutes, combined with the unappetizing sight of the seller extracting eggs from the tray, makes the $4.10 price tag unjustifiable. In comparison, other outlets, such as the one located at Northpoint, offer a significantly superior experience. Consequently, I cannot recommend this outlet.

A poor service attitude.

Two points of feedback from me today, October 12, 2024: I ordered a burger. For the first time, I was served a cup of warm water to go with my fish burger. That's a plus. The staff never asked if I have the McDonald's app to collect points. Never. Because of this, I always forget to collect points at this branch. That's a negative.

I waited 35 minutes for my takeout order during the dinner rush. With the increase in residents and families in Canberra, this branch has been struggling to cope with the surge in demand and the number of orders. This is not the fault of the staff; it was clear they were professional in their service, but simply overwhelmed. I highly encourage McDonald’s SG HQ to review the capacity load of this branch and consider increasing its ability to cater to the rising number of orders.

"This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. We waited 35 minutes for our meal. Orders placed after ours were served, and the numbers jumped from 24xx to 26xx. When we checked on our order, the waitress was quite impatient. After asking a third time, she told us it would be another 15 minutes. We asked about the specific item that was taking so long, and then she went back and brought out our order in one minute. I wonder why they wouldn't admit to the disordered serving and the missed order..."

Ordered hot Milo in my takeaway meals. I live just two minutes away from the location. When I got home and opened the order, instead of Milo I got coffee with milk, and my black coffee was only half a cup. Neither drink was even hot or warm. Disappointed.

I waited nearly 45 minutes for my food at the Canberra McDonald’s, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The workers, despite being overwhelmed, were professional and hardworking. I even witnessed a staff member being shouted at, which was heartbreaking. The real issue here lies with the management. It’s clear they’ve failed to address the inefficiencies, leaving the staff to bear the brunt of customer frustration. Shame on the management for not stepping up to fix this and for letting their workers take the fall. Shame on you.
