Decent Teochow Chinese food at Chin Lee. It's quite a hidden gem, as it’s tucked away in a corner on the second floor. We ordered a set menu. Dishes we particularly liked included the chicken, fish, and prawn. Service is good, and they were very accommodating with our larger table as we came with children. Overall, the food and service were pretty good.

The dishes were good. The dining area was spacious. Service was really bad, from the manager to the waitress. Well, if the manager is rude, what can we expect from the waitress?

Chin Lee restaurant is a luxurious place; the quality of the food and service is all top-level. The appetiser, made of braised peanuts and bean curd, is delicious and fragrant. The salted egg prawn was cooked to a savoury texture, which is a favorite among Singaporeans; the prawn was fresh as well. The second dish was a crispy chicken, juicy and tender, with garlic infused to give it a kick. The last dish, the lup han zai, was cooked beautifully. They cleared dirty plates often and helped to refill our teacups.

Amazing dim sum place that's a hidden gem in the North. Specialising in Teochew dishes, they also serve a fabulous dim sum brunch on weekends! The dim sum menu is a bit small, but all the classics are available and good. The har gow, siew mai, and XO fried carrot cake are especially tasty. For an additional treat, call in advance to pre-order their oyster omelette (which is usually only available on weekdays) to complete the meal. Attentive and efficient service staff rounds off a delightful dining experience each time we visit. Highly recommended!

Here's an edited version with minimal changes to improve grammar and readability: Very good food! Especially the black granite yam cake and beancurd skin roll were excellent. It was so good that we ordered a second plate.

They serve fabulous Teochew cuisine! The price is reasonable, with good service and a clean, nice setting. Easily accessible since it is next to the MRT station. Enjoy! 👍🏻🥂

We were celebrating Lunar New Year as well as a birthday. You really have to book early, as most people book for Lunar New Year celebrations. They can accommodate events like birthdays even when they are very busy and the restaurant is packed; my booking was at 7:45 PM. Overall, I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Their service is great; do book early and pre-select your menu dishes for easier and faster service.

Dim Sum brunch. Food is a hit or miss. Ngo Hiang is really good and a generous serving. The rest of the dim sum is alright. Carrot cake is fragrant. Seafood crispy noodles comes with a lot of fish and de-shelled prawns! Instead of dim sum, I think it might be better to go for their Teochew food. Service is excellent and attentive. The environment is clean, but the air conditioning is very strong.

This was our first time having dinner here to celebrate a birthday with my family. Overall, the experience was just so-so. The food portion was pathetically small for five of us. The price for the portion was pricey and not worth it.

The supervisor needs to be trained. He asked us what water we wanted when we were just seated, only for us to find out that it was $2 each. Just be careful; they don't tell you. But the food is damn good. It's just that the supervisor made the whole thing damn sian. I would have appreciated it if he had let us know beforehand.
