"Very poor service. The staff was rude. I informed her about my daughter's sensitivity to oranges and asked to have the machine rinsed before preparing watermelon juice. She simply replied "have orange" in a rude tone and turned away. I've never encountered such service before when making the same request in San Francisco or at Boost. Most of the time, they take allergies and requests seriously. This store's staff seriously has a very bad attitude problem. I hope she seeks help and feels better soon.
Also, the juices are super expensive and full of ice. I was only buying there due to a lack of other options because of the allergies. But now, I'd rather go to McDonald's and drink water."
The staff member was incredibly rude. I was informed that my order would take a while because there were three people ahead of me. When I politely asked roughly how long it would take, she rudely replied, "I'll do your order once I'm done with the others." The service was horrible, even though I asked about the timing politely.
She slammed equipment around and didn't seem to enjoy her job at all.
Ordered a celery juice, without ice, for $6. It tasted extremely salty. The staff had either rinsed out the juice blender with saltwater, or washed and stored the celery in saltwater. I will not be ordering juices from here again.
Second visit, but I encountered super rude and horrible service today. The large woman saw me standing there ready to order but ignored me and just continued cutting her fruit. I stood there for a good 3 minutes and walked away in the end. I won't be buying from here again.
Ordered a mango smoothie on February 25, 2025. The staff took three tiny cubes of mango from the fridge, then took something from another refrigerator under the table and dumped it all into the blender. She hid behind her back so that we couldnāt see exactly what she added along with those three tiny pieces of mango. When asked what she added with the mango cubes, she insisted that it was just ice water. Calling your store a juice bar and mixing dubious ingredients to make your āfruit juicesā is a big red flag to me. This will be my first and last visit. Please save yourself some trouble and stay away from this store.
"Arrogant, senseless, and with no sense of talking to or attending to customers. Extremely rude and only interested in getting money. I will never buy here."
Service was horrible. The staff was impatient and rude. "Like, can't she chill?" š Overall, it was a bad experience. They need to work on their attitude and how they serve customers. 365 Juices, please take relevant actions to train your staff professionally.
Doctor Tan was detailed in his explanation. However, clinic staff seemed distracted by the payment process. One of them claimed to have explained the medication, when clearly she had only explained the product I was purchasing. When I asked about the medication, she insisted she had already explained it instead of just explaining it then. It was a turn-off, so I walked away, and she followed me, trying to explain herself. Nevertheless, they are not rude people. So, 3 stars for that.
Went to see the doctor for a sore throat and pain medicine. I walked in around 8 pm and asked if they were open. They said yes, but my mask was damaged. The receptionist/nurses on the night shift were so nice, helpful, and polite. They went the extra mile and provided me with a free mask when I asked if they could give me one before I came in! I am so happy and grateful for such a kind gesture. They didn't stop me from seeing the doctor. I am really very thankful to the night shift nurses working on August 2, 2023, at 8 pm. I didn't manage to get both ladies' names, but thank you so much for letting me in and going the extra mile by providing me with a free mask before I entered the clinic to see the doctor. Next time, I will bring an extra mask when seeing the doctor. Dr. Ivan is a very professional doctor, neat, clean, and very patient. He listens well to the patient and I felt well taken care of. Thank you, Viva nurses, receptionist, and doctor! I had a very good first-time walk-in experience with this clinic and will visit again if needed.
"This is the worst clinic I've been to. When you're sick, the doctor claims it's just a normal cough and flu. I saw the doctor at 9+am, and they gave me only one day of medical leave, saying I just felt feverish, had a viral cough, and the flu. They prescribed only cough and flu medicine and told me to just rest at home. By 4pm, I had a fever of 37.9, and at 6pm, my temperature went up to 39.6. Now I had to go back to a clinic. I called their phone four times, and no one answered after 6:20pm. They said it's a MUST to take an ART test.
I didn't go back to the same clinic because I think they treat patients differently, especially when it's your company doctor, paying $5 for $5 treatment. I went to another clinic, and the doctor prescribed stronger medicine and antibiotics. Just choose your doctor wisely, especially when you're really sick. Not everyone is just there for the medical leave!"
