McDonald's Canberra left out an item from a Grab Food delivery order. I lodged a request for the missing item. No reply. I lodged a complaint with Grab. Also no reply. Poor customer service.

Plenty of seats are available, some with USB charging. It can be quite noisy and chaotic during the weekends, as there's a kids' play area at the back.

Here's the edited review: Today is the last day of the sweet paprika chicken burger upside meal for members, but it was unavailable. Ms. Nadia, a McDonald's staff member, explained the reason and gave a free McChicken coupon with a month's expiry as compensation. Love the service and keep it up! Thank you, Ms. Nadia and McDonald's!

Dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. The rubbish bin is full, and the staff is still stuffing more trash into it instead of clearing it. Tables are not cleared, and floors near the counters are greasy. It's an accident waiting to happen.

I ordered a hotcake on March 1st at 8 AM. I was not given butter for my hotcake and corn, so I went to ask for it. The manager replied very rudely and gave me the butter as if I were a beggar! Horrible service!

[May 2022] A nice, chill yet bustling place to dine in, though I would prefer if there were more lower-height seats (I'm a bit short!). Bright setting, good for a relaxed night out. I tried their more exotic drink: Jasmine Green Tea. It was interesting, but a bit sweet and a bit pricey. Regardless, it is very busy late at night.

I waited nearly 45 minutes for my food at Canberra McDonald’s, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The workers, despite being overwhelmed, were professional and hardworking. I even witnessed a staff member being shouted at, which was heartbreaking to see. The real issue here lies with the management. It’s clear they’ve failed to address the inefficiencies, leaving the staff to bear the brunt of customer frustration. Shame on the management for not stepping up to fix this and for letting their workers take the fall. Shame on you.

My order took 40 minutes for one strawberry McFlurry for takeaway. I approached them and was told to wait at 32 minutes, and my number was then asked for at 37 minutes. I am nothing but speechless regarding this outlet.
