Attending Taekwondo classes has been an incredible experience for my daughter! Coach Zong Lin is extremely engaging and creates a positive learning environment for everyone. Also, it's easy to arrange for make-up lessons. I highly recommend parents send their kids to Kickmatics Taekwondo!
I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn Taekwondo 🥋 in a professional, yet friendly and fun environment.
Both my kids have been training at Kickmatic for about 4 months now, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The quality of instruction here is good. Coach Zong Lin shows incredible passion for teaching Taekwondo. On the other hand, Coach Ashley is very friendly and helpful with administrative procedures and occasional coaching.
The learning environment is fantastic. Classes are well-structured, challenging yet fun, and cater to students of all skill levels. What I appreciate most is the personalized attention given to each student. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the coaches take the time to understand your strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored guidance accordingly.
They identify students with potential and train them for competition, which is very good exposure for them. 🏆🥇🥈🥉
Thank you, Coach Zong Lin & Coach Ashley 👍🏼
"In my boy’s words, "I like Taekwondo; I learn to defend myself. Coach Zong Lin is patient and very nice to us." These sentiments speak volumes about the positive impact and the dedication of the coaches.
Coach Zong Lin creates a welcoming and supportive environment for the students. I particularly appreciate Coach Zong Lin's care in ensuring the safety and well-being of the students; after every session, he oversees the students at the front door to ensure they are picked up by the right guardian.
Coach Ashley has been supporting us on administrative matters; she is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any concerns.
I highly recommend Kickmatics Taekwondo to parents who are looking to cultivate confidence and essential defense skills through Taekwondo for their child."
I usually don’t leave reviews! But I am appalled that they cheated my husband out of $2.30 for selling the wrong product. My husband is a vegetarian and he asked for red bean pau! He asked 2-3 times, but the aunty working on 10/5/24 at 7pm said it was red bean pau and sold it to him. He came back home to realize it wasn't red bean pau. I don’t understand why they would do this. It’s very far for us to go back and ask them about it as well. Please. No wonder you guys have low reviews.
Poor attitude.
Ordered via GrabFood and took away.
They either gave me noodles without the extra noodles I paid for.
The server was not happy when I double-checked the order. The customer before me also double-checked, and the server was unhappy with her too. You can review the CCTV footage to see her reaction when the other lady and I double-checked our orders, due to previous poor experiences.
I didn't feel like ordering more because of the server's attitude.
I really won't be a customer again.
The staff was rude and the restaurant seemed understaffed. The female staff was constantly serving customers who wanted to purchase the buns (Bao). She took two orders in front of me (ban Mian) and then my order, but continued to shout, "Who else needs Bao?" Then, halfway through cooking the noodles, she went to serve the customers buying the Baos. My noodles ended up extremely soggy and gross. There was barely any meat in my noodles. What an expensive, awful experience.
Note this was a takeaway order, and I live less than a 10-minute drive from home. I will not buy from this outlet again.
The Plaza Singapura outlet is still the best.
"During non-peak hours, with literally only me as a customer, they still gave me the wrong order? I asked for mee hoon kueh, and I don't like ban mian. It's too far (and hot) for me to walk back to change it. The noodles were also soggy, even though they were separate. Standard has dropped :("
"Not the usual items found elsewhere. This is the only Nam Kee Pau I'm aware of that has ccf, shui kueh, etc. However, they were all a disappointment. While I understand the need for innovation and having extra items on their menu, they forgot to focus on the quality. I would not recommend trying their other non-dim sum items."
