I would like to thank Crystal for her patience and help in processing my senior SIM card yesterday, 28/2. After installation, this pleasant lady gave me a good explanation and **demonstrated** how to check and top up my account and **manage** auto roaming. She **provided** clear answers to my queries. I am impressed by her positive and friendly attitude. A good **teamwork** atmosphere at this outlet, indeed!

On April 1, 2024, from 8:45 to 9:00 PM, there was a queue of about 5 people ahead of me. I witnessed a Lady service officer clear the queue with politeness and patience toward everyone. She explained the steps and made adjustments to my HP. She also guided us on how to DIY should we change the settings on the HP again. Professional and excellent service!

I was at SIMBA Canberra on June 6 and was assisted by Cheryl. I was impressed by her helpfulness and positive attitude in supporting customers like myself. I didn't make a purchase but was there to seek help, as the call function was not working after I installed the SIM card into my new phone. Cheryl was polite, patient, and listened attentively when I explained the issue. She checked my phone to ensure the settings were correct, and after some tapping and clicking, the call function was finally enabled! Firstly, I would like to praise and appreciate one of the staff at the Simba service center at Canberra Plaza. He is a young man, very service-oriented and very patient with the customer. My family has all used Simba's service, and yesterday my mum bought a new Oppo phone from the shop. He was very nice and even told my mum the differences between each phone. He is a very helpful and friendly staff member. He deserves some positive feedback from us.

At the SIM card collection point today, the customer service was not helpful at all. Unlike my past experience, previous customer service interactions have been helpful and able to run the extra mile to render assistance. A sign was displayed for 'Termination,' which meant we could do termination at that point and collect a new card. Either your staff doesn't know their job or refuses to go the extra mile.

Totally rubbish telecom. Weak connection. It's the only telecom that creates problems when porting to another telecom. MOST TROUBLESOME TELECOM.

Awful and slow service by the staff. If unable to handle the load, why offer Shopee parcel collection in the first place? They let others cut the queue just because it benefits their sales.

Called so many times for 3 days, but no one ever answered. If your staff isn't willing to help via phone, just don't put your contact number there. It really triggers us who need help at that moment; some will just go to that venue and scold your staff. Ask your staff to be more alert on this matter. Why in the world would we call if not for help? If you really don't want to answer phone calls, just remove the number from Google.

It was so difficult to connect in JB using the free data. However, my friend, who paid before leaving for JB, gets connected all the time. Why offer free data when you can't connect most of the time?
