On April 20th, when I came into the clinic, I noticed that the staff kept shaking her head and sighing because I saw there was a lineup. I informed the staff that I came to see a doctor because I had a fever and wanted to take MC. The staff then asked, βSo you want to take MC, lah?β I said, "Let the doctor check first." After I went in, the doctor said, βDonβt ask my staff to give you MC.β I was like, β?????β Was it my fault because I didnβt know how clinics work?

"This is my second visit, and on both occasions, both the front desk and doctor were friendly. And yes, Doctor Wong was listening well to our concerns, unlike other doctors elsewhere. Their approachability wasn't just because it was rush hour; I went both during and non-rush hour times, and they were all very approachable and friendly still. ππ»"

Very bad experience. It's true: the doctors kept changing and were not consistent. I had a torn ligament in my left shoulder. When I was seen in A&E, however, an old doctor mentioned it was stomach flu/pain. Lol, what even?! There are more stories from when I came back to them again. Not a pleasant trip!

Doctor Tan was detailed in his explanation; however, clinic staff were distracted by the payment. One of them claimed to have explained about the medication when, clearly, she only explained about the product I'm purchasing. When I asked about the medication, she insisted she had explained instead of just explaining. It was a turn-off, so I walked away, and she followed me, trying to explain herself. Nevertheless, they are not rude people. So, 3 stars for that.

The nurse was rude when I requested a stool because the aircon in the clinic was too cold for a sick child. She rudely brought a stool, saying it was her stool and it was okay for her to stand while working. I saw four stools stacked up next to her, yet she said they did not have extra stools. Clearly, she has no empathy for unwell patients ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ».

I was looking for a clinic near my place and happened to stumble upon Viva. Everyone from the clinical assistants to the doctors were very nice to me. I didn't get their names, but the clinical assistant with the hijab and red hair is super warm and friendly! Dr Ivan Tan is super nice and took his time to go over my concerns without passing judgment or rushing me. A lot of doctors outside don't do this, and they don't think your concerns are valid, but the doctors here really go over your symptoms and take you seriously! The female doctor here is also good. Well done Viva!

I suggest whoever reads this review, please do not go to this clinic. This clinic will charge higher prices than other clinics. Don't bother to waste your time here. You've been warned!

Dr. Ivan was professional and patiently answered my questions. He was understanding about my severe sore throat issue and gave advice as well. The price was very reasonable too, and I don't understand why another past reviewer said that this clinic is "out to chop you."

"I almost always have a bad experience when I come to this clinic. But sometimes I have no choice because other clinics are closed. During my recent visit, the male doctor sounded very arrogant. I was halfway through describing my symptoms when he cut me off and sounded condescending. For context: I told him my oesophagus hurt, but he cut me off with an irritated voice and said, "Don't say oesophagus, because you don't know which part is painful. Just say chest pain etc." The funny thing is, in the end, he said it was likely due to gastric issues, so I was right. It couldn't have been my trachea, lol, and besides, I know my body better. Worst doctor I've ever met π"
